Great shop

I went in with my mother in law spur of the moment and even though the girl working was helping a grad with dresses, she let us in and was still super helpful!! Really nice selection of dresses as well

Horrible horrible experience here! I went in on a Friday afternoon with my mom, aunt and one of my bridesmaids to look at some dresses. I was so excited and the lady totally ruined the experience for me, I left so mad I was in tears. She made me feel like we were a total inconvenience to her. My gf and I had our small daughters with us because I'm not from GP, I was just visiting and had no one to watch the kids and the lady was so incredibly rude about it. I am still breastfeeding so my boobs are still huge and I haven't lost all the baby weight yet and she made me feel horrible about it! She pretty much pushed us out the door and didn't even say goodbye! Because of her this store lost out on not only my $2000 dress but 7 bridesmaid dresses, 2 mother dresses and 4 flower girl dresses! I will never set foot back into this store! No wonder they don't allow for reviews on their facebook page! They would all be terrible if they had to deal with the same chick I did!

This was the second bridal store I had been to. Maybe I watched a few too many episodes of say yes to the dress. I had a picture of a dress I loved, showed it to the bridal consultant and she instantly started pulling dresses off the rack. The first one was the one, it was a lovely experience!

I was so thrilled with my service. I had a horrible experience at my first boutique and Castaspella made all the difference. Friendly staff, gorgeous dresses and plenty to try on. They didn't mind the fact that we had children and tried to accommodate all my family and friends who were with me. My dress came in very fast and in perfect condition to how I ordered it! Dresses contained prices for any budget too. Lots of great designer gowns!
