Honestly, this place was absolutely amazing to me. I called, desperate to find a very specific veil 10 weeks out from my wedding. Every other store I visited either had a 3-month lead time or the quality or styles weren’t what I was looking for. Here at Blissful Bridal, they fit me in with 5 minutes’ notice (I called and they told me to come by right away). Valeriya warmly welcomed me and gave me such special attention. She showed me several veils, and asked me to get on a podium to try them on even though I wasn’t trying on dresses. She found me the most perfect veil, EXACTLY what I was looking for. Despite not having an appointment, I was never rushed or deprioritized. I ended up buying a beautiful hair piece for my mother as well. I got on a video call with my mother who lives in a different province and Valeriya was on the call with me, showing my mom the different choices. She was so patient and thoughtful. The best part is that my veil was IN STOCK and BRAND NEW - no waiting weeks/months for it to come in and not a single other person has worn it before me. Superior customer service. High end quality.
