Ian is very friendly and easy to work with! He really wants to satisfy his clients needs. He provided itinerary samples for us to use that were really helpful and simple to use.

There were some things throughout our wedding that could have gone smoother but overall we had a fantastic time and our guests did as well .

Ian also surprisingly filmed our entire wedding with his GoPro as a trial run and offered to send us the footage which was very sweet of him to offer :)

Our wedding music was handled by Ian at the DJ and Company. Ian's professionalism and experience were apparent from our very first meeting with him. He couldn't have been more accommodating, and listened attentively to our plans for our reception. He also scheduled a second meeting, a week prior to our wedding, in order to finalize our song list and review the timeline for our event. We had confidence that Ian would do a great job, and when our wedding day arrived he lived up to all our expectations! The music he played was perfect, and he seamlessly adapted to the changing flow of the evening. A great job by a true professional!

We used Ian as our DJ for our wedding on July 6, 2019, and I cannot recommend him and the DJ Co. enough! He was SO wonderful and accommodating for our ceremony music, allowing me to pinpoint exactly when we wanted certain songs to be played and even what exact point in the song we wanted. He provided the perfect cocktail music, and best of all, he BROUGHT the party at night!! Despite the fact that our wedding day ended up being so hot - it was definitely over 30 degrees in our venue space - everyone stayed late and danced up a storm, in large part due to his awesome DJ skills. He even got my husband to do his famous chewbacca imitation by playing Star Wars music during my father-and-law's speech. The only other wedding were I had as much fun on the dance floor was my best friend's wedding years ago, which (no coincidence) Ian also DJ'd.

HIGHLY recommend - professional, kind, and just goes above-and-beyond.

We were so lucky to have had Ian DJ our wedding! He did an amazing job keeping the energy in the room high, and his timing was great (i.e. jeopardy song during the shoe game). What stood out more was his professionalism and how he was focused on making the evening special for us. We could not have asked for a better experience.

When I first reached out to Ian, he was very responsive and we were able to confirm a meeting within a week or so. He came to a restaurant near our house which we loved because it's hard for us to drive outside of Toronto after work. We discussed the basics and what type of music we wanted at our wedding. He was super easy going and gave us so many tips about our venue and things to consider. The night of our wedding was an absolute blast! People were dancing up a storm all night thanks to the amazing music Ian was playing. People didn't leave until 2am and were dancing non-stop. Thanks so much Ian for making our wedding dance party a success!!

We had a wedding with 35 people and booked Ian as our DJ. He did a great job at accommodating all our requests, moderating one of the games and playing songs that kept everybody dancing until 1 am. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Ian did an amazing job in accommodating different musical preferences at our wedding. Our wedding on Toronto Island did not make it easy get all the equipment over but regardless he was punctual and assured us it was no problem! He kept the energy up and kept us entertained. Would definitely recommend.

We were very satisfied with the professionalism of The DJ and Company. Ian helped us through the planning process, and went over and beyond for us when it came to tips and tricks for the big day. They were very knowledgeable when it came to knowing how to make the evening flow smoothly. Ronny was the MC and DJ at our wedding last weekend at the Doctor’s House. He was very accommodating when it came to our requests, as well as our guests. His music choices were top notch and he kept everyone dancing right into the night.
One of my favourite memories is when I was hiding out (5min prior to the ceremony) and was feeling anxious about walking out. Ronny was already set up and waiting for our cocktail hour to begin, so I had requested that he play “Beyoncè - Single Ladies” for me. Myself and my bridesmaids had a pre-ceremony dance party to shake off the nerves prior to “putting a ring on it.” Good times!
