We had an amazing experience using S4 services for our wedding at the Manor. Mel was a witty MC and Matt did a great job as a DJ! Everyone gave us lots of compliments. The games and PowerPoint slideshow were also a big hit. Overall, the whole S4 team was responsive and made our day very special.

Melissa and Sam made our wedding an absolute blast. It was a pleasure to work with both of them. All our songs were played as requested and made our day absolutely special. Sam engaged our guests and brought the energy for our entrances, dances and speeches. Melissa’s song choices for cocktail, dinner and dancing were amazing - she’s an incredibly talented DJ and we were so glad we were able to have her as our DJ. Sam and Melissa had an amazing chemistry together as well and they got everyone up on the dance floor. We were so happy to have chosen S4 for our big day - they truly brought the energy we wanted! Highly recommend them!

We had Mathew as our DJ and George as our MC. We were able to talk to both before the wedding and address our concerns and wants. On the day, they both did a great job at hyping up the party, playing the music we wanted, and keeping the party going.
At the start of both the ceremony and the reception, there was a few mishaps with the audio (loud bass, sound effects in songs, etc) but they worked to fix them quickly.
Overall, I am very glad that Mathew and George were a part of our day!

Our wedding was an unforgettable day, and a huge part of that was thanks to S4 Entertainment. From the moment we first contacted them, through Joe, we knew we were in good hands. Tony, our MC, was an absolute delight to work with. He kept the energy alive from the moment we met via phone to the end of our wedding reception. He was professional, and personable, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect.

Nestor, our DJ, was also fantastic. He played all of our favorite songs and kept to our provided playlist. They were able to read the crowd and keep everyone on the dance floor all night long. We received so many compliments from our guests about how great the music was.

One of the highlights of the night was the "Guess That Tune" game that Tony suggested to us on our finalization call. It was the perfect icebreaker and really got everyone involved. It was such a fun way to get our guests to make us kiss, and it's something we'll always remember.

Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better DJ and MC. S4 Entertainment truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ and MC for their wedding or any other event. Thank you, S4 Entertainment, for everything!

Tony was our mc and amazing, he handled all our coordination with the DJ as did Rose and it was seamless, even with our strange requests and changes and an Elvis performance by my father lol. He kept me on schedule and kept me sane during a very busy night. The guests had so much fun!

What a great night! S4 was very communicative and very flexible with the package. I felt like it was good value - perhaps more than I had planned on paying, but worth it. Our dj was INCREDIBLE - so good in fact that people started dancing before the dessert was even served haha. He came up to me throughout the night to check in, see if I was happy with the music, and if I had any requests. I know a few people grabbed his card. Great job, so thankful!

We hired S4 because they were the recommended vendor by our venue. We thought that this would make the experience smooth because they were familiar with the staff and setup at our venue, but we were wrong! Once we put a deposit down with them, they were incredibly unresponsive by email. It would take two weeks for our contact to get back to us, and only after multiple nudges. On our wedding day, they showed up 10 minutes before the ceremony to setup the mic and speakers. Luckily our externally-hired musicians had a backup power source that they could use for the ceremony. The mic also cutout partway through our ceremony, and again, it was our musicians and officiant that stepped in to problem solve, not S4. S4 also delayed our reception start by 30-45 minutes, again because of technical difficulties. They were also not ready for my father daughter dance, even though they asked us to fill in a very detailed agenda ahead of time. My dad and I were introduced, and then we awkwardly had to wait for a minute in the middle of the dancefloor for the sound tech to cue our music. S4 played the DJ music when our band was taking breaks, and the music was not mixed very well at all. Overall, our day was beautiful, but hiring this vendor added unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Even after all of the technical difficulties we experienced,
no one reached out to apologize or offer concessions. They were not professional and just seemed concerned about getting paid. There are so many other great DJ and sound companies our there. Do yourselves a favour and hire another company!

S4 Entertainment provided the music and MC. Scoping of services was straightforward and they were attentive to how we wanted things. Tony Gentillucci (MC) was professional and you could tell that he genuinely cared about how things would flow. And even though he does weddings all the time, he still found a way to make ours seem special and unique. Pej (MC) stuck to our music requests and was flexible with ad hoc requests as well on the day.

People say music is one of the things people remember most about your wedding. S4 made that possible by giving us the worst dj ever. We never got to meet the dj prior to the wedding. In fact we didn’t meet our dj until the wedding day when I was told that the dj doesn’t have the song for my parents entrance into the reception which was incredibly odd considering I had the confirmation of songs (and exact timings of the songs) FOR EVERYONE because we had routines practiced. He finally got the song for my parents but of course he didn’t play the correct portion of the song. In fact he didn’t play the correct portion for any of the entrances. We were also told we would be able to meet with DJs beforehand so that we can pick the right one for us, which is what we wanted since we were having a mixed wedding and wanted to make sure the dj could play and properly mix both cultures. 6 months before we were contacted by someone else and when we let them know what we were told they told us that was not how they operated. Obviously it’s not because as stated at the beginning I only met the dj after the cocktail hour. He also didn’t know how to mix and just played full songs the entire time and didn’t try to integrate anything. Anytime any of us went up to the dj booth to request a song since he was only playing one type of music we asked for and not anything else (including the list of songs we put on our must play list) the dj was not in the booth. The only reason we went with S4 is because their plug in fee was ridiculous if we wanted to go with anyone else, and we were actually warned by other DJs and reviews to just go with someone else but we got scared of blowing our budget and completely fumbled this one. Honest to god spend the extra couple of grand because so many other DJs will actually give you the music you want and so many other perks. $4k to listen to music off basically iTunes was a complete waste of money and a nightmare. Save yourselves.

S4 had everyone on the dance floor the whole night it was a lot of fun!
