Platinum Entertainment is truly the best in the business. It is clear that they care for their clients and want to ensure a smooth and memorable day. During the planning process Joe and the team were thorough, responsive and helpful. Our DJ and MC were professional, kind and had us dancing all night! I highly recommend Platinum Entertainment!!

They were our in house entertainment at copper creek golf club for my wedding on August 31st, 2024! Great personable people! Hire them for your event!!

Platinum was our entertainment company for our wedding last month at Chateau Le Parc. Joe, Lui, Fab and the rest of the team were amazing and we can’t thank them enough. Everything they did was perfect - the music, MC, fireworks, photobooth and the stages we rented for our ceremony and reception. So many guests complimented on how much they loved the music. It was a pleasure working with Platinum throughout the entire process and we highly recommend them!

We recently used Platinum for our wedding celebration two weeks ago. During the planning process they were courteous, responsive, flexible and professional, which we truly appreciated. We hired them for their MC, DJ, lighting, slideshow and photobooth services. We worked specifically with Joe B, Lui and Tony.

From the guests perspectives we feel they did a great job! Lui, our MC, was flexible with changes in order of events on the night of. He continuously checked in with us and our guests to make sure that things were going smoothly and we were prepared for the next part of the night. Tony, our DJ, also did a great job sticking to our "requested" song list, played most of what we had requested and kept the theme the whole night. He honored the requests of our guests and kept the party going on the dancefloor. The guests also had a great time with the photobooth!

Unfortunately, from a host's perspective there were a few major errors. One repetitive error was the recurrent mispronunciation of my name, despite addressing this in multiple ways over the planning process and again on the evening of our celebration after it happened the first time. To hear my name repeatedly mispronounced on our special night, was embarrassing and frankly VERY disappointing. Additionally, we were continuously referred to as "newlyweds" despite Platinum's knowledge of us being married many years ago (this was COVID postponement reception/celebration). Lastly, there were a few specific songs that we had requested be played fully through due to their special meaning to us and this was not honoured despite being assured otherwise.

We have been in contact with Platinum since our celebration to discuss the above feedback, however they have still yet to respond to us which is also disappointing. We hope that Platinum will be more sensitive to the instructions and the needs of the hosts in the future and will take this feedback for improvement in a positive manner.

Great experience! Joe and the whole team - Alex, our MC and Big Pep, our DJ were great. Super responsive and accommodating for our wedding. Made the day perfect.

We used Platinum Entertainment for our wedding that happened in September 2021. We worked with them throughout the pandemic as our wedding date was constantly changing and they were always so accommodating and flexible. Joe is amazing, he really cares for his clients and ran through everything with us a week before providing us with guidance on things we were unsure of. We definitely felt confident leaving the entertainment piece in their hands!

On day of our DJ Tony, and MC Bruno were the BEST!! The MC did a quick check-in with me beforehand to review itinerary and see if we wanted to change anything (which we did end up changing a few things upon is suggestions - thanks Bruno!). They were lively, kept the crowd entertained, and it honestly felt like they were guests at our wedding. So friendly and AMAZING at their jobs.

We also used their Photo Booth which was so much fun and a nice addition for our guests. The photographer was really nice and captured some really fun photos for us (thank you!) Totally suggest this addition as the guests loved it.

We booked Platinum Entertainment as they are affiliated with The Doctor's House. Met with Joe for initial consultation who was great, very friendly. I'm sure their services would have been great, however their lack of professionalism was disappointing, hand in hand with The Doctor's House. Platinum Entertainment reached out to us instantly when we canceled with The Doctor's House with a cancellation contract. When I explained we would be needing them for a backyard ceremony (after learning they were also unwilling to return the measly $1700 deposit), they said it would be absolutely no problem. Closer to the date, I emailed three separate times asking for a copy of our contract. Either no reply, or a reply after a couple weeks "sorry things are crazy around here, get back to you shortly". Nobody got back to us. Our wedding came and went, no follow up to even to ask what in-home services we were interested in. Doesn't instill confidence in clientele when emails can't even be replied to. Emailed a couple weeks after the wedding and were told again that deposits were non-refundable, even though no services were rendered. They still haven't provide a copy of the contract.

The team was very helpful all through our planning process, even with an online easy to use itinerary and communication tool.
Tony. Was the BEST DJ, totally read the crowd and kept everyone on the dancefloor all night long!

The team at Platinum is amazing - first the office manager being on top of EVERYTHING and i would send her an email to add or subtract something and I would have the invoice within hours. We met with Lui to go over our entire entertainment package and he was able to translate our 'no cheesy songs' ask without hesitation. the dj and the MC kept the evening going and easily gauged the room to determine next songs. 100% recommend
