Wedding review

We had Luke at our wedding and I couldn’t have asked for a better DJ! The ceremony and cocktail hour was perfect and when it came to the party it was even better. He had the exact vibe we wanted and everyone stayed on the dance floor all night long. 10/10 recommend!

The Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding!

We cannot recommend Luke from Lux Music Entertainment enough! From start to finish, he was an absolute pleasure to work with — quick to respond, professional, and so easygoing. He handled both our ceremony and reception music at the Fairmont Banff Springs flawlessly, and his MC skills kept everything flowing perfectly.

Luke had the dance floor packed all night, and our guests are still talking about how amazing the music was. He even managed to find all of our weird and specific song requests, which made the night feel so personal.

We were originally on the fence about hiring a DJ and thought about just making a playlist ourselves, but hiring Luke was hands down one of the best decisions we made. He brought so much energy, fun, and peace of mind to our day, and we truly couldn’t imagine it without him.

If you’re considering Lux Music Entertainment — don’t hesitate. Luke is incredible!

Nailed it!

Where to start... he was so easy to work with and communicate with leading up to everything and on the day of the wedding was incredibly punctual and had an amazing set up that really added to the atmosphere of our venue. We chose a package that was such an amazing value, we couldn't believe the service we got from him and the set up he had.

Played everything we wanted and more, could really read the crowd and had everyone up at some point, he definitely made a great playlist from the few songs we had on a must play list and all special timed songs were exactly on time. We just couldn't get over how great he was doing all night and he's just the friendliest guy.

We had the best time and the vibe was just right!

Amazing DJ!

Luke did an incredible job at our wedding!! We couldn’t be happier with how he managed the music. He mixes, he interacts and most importantly wants you to have a great party! Many guests thought he was a friend or member of the family the way he socialized and was singing/dancing along with the music! If you haven’t found a DJ Luke is 100% the guy for the job! Thank you for making our day even more special :)

Professional, experienced and funny

Luke was excellent to work with, he was very responsive to all requests and his experience showed. He was able to adapt quickly to changing and sometimes unclear instructions (from me). He felt the vibe of the wedding and matched the energy perfectly.

You will not regret having Luke DJ your event.

Stop looking, hire Luke

Luke was AMAZING!! We hired him to DJ for our wedding on May long weekend 2025. We cannot say enough good things. He was helpful and considerate in the planning process. Timely responses, and was thorough to ensure all the music we needed for the ceremony and reception were correct versions and played at the right time. He was friendly and approachable taking song requests, and making our big day special.
We have gotten constant compliments from the guests on the music, and keeping the dancefloor going.
Would highly recommend LUX music!

Amazing DJ, So Lovely to Work With!

Luke was so wonderful and easy to work with through the entire wedding planning process and wedding day. He brought our dance floor to life with his music and his lighting (we opted for the Deluxe package and the lighting was so beautiful). People were on the dance floor all night and we loved that he could read the room so easily to adjust as needed. His ceremony music was also just perfect. Thank you, Luke! You made our day so amazing!

Best DJ ever!

Luke did an incredible job at our wedding ceremony, dinner, and reception. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone planning a special event! He is very professional and is quick to respond to emails during the planning process. He sent detailed paperwork to fill out to ensure that all special dances were covered and nothing was forgotten about. In the weeks leading up to the wedding day, he checked in with us to make sure that our song selections were available and that the ceremony location was correct. Luke truly cares about making your wedding day as special and memorable as possible. Amazing job!

Calgary's BEST DJ!

Luke was absolutely incredible not only during our wedding, but throughout the planning process as well. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful with all of our questions and requests! He even helped edit and reverb our first dance song to make it perfect for us!

My dream for our wedding was that it would be an absolute dance party, and Luke made this dream come true! He had every one of our guests up and dancing even until after my husband and I had left!

I truly cannot recommend or would have trusted anyone else as much as I did Luke! If I were you, I'd book with him fast! Almost every one of my soon-to-be bride guests asked for his contact after our wedding! ;)
