We had the absolute pleasure of working with DJ MasterMix for our wedding on July 11th, with DJ Grant as our DJ, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the beginning of the planning process, Michael was incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful. He made the planning process feel organized and straightforward and helped us think through the details of the music and flow of the day. We really appreciated having a team that was so experienced and made us feel like everything was under control.

Grant was fantastic on the wedding day. We had a very specific playlist and vision for the music, and he did an amazing job using our selections as a foundation while adding his own expertise and reading the room. He was also great about incorporating requests from our guests when they made sense, while maintaining the overall vibe we wanted.

We also had live music (saxophonist) during cocktail hour and dinner, and Grant did a great job collaborating with him and making sure the transition between the live music and DJ sets felt seamless. The overall atmosphere during cocktail hour and dinner was exactly what we hoped for.

Once the dancing started, Grant absolutely delivered. The dance floor was packed for most of the night, and the energy was incredible. We had so many guests comment on how much they loved the music and how much fun they had dancing. It was clear that Grant was paying attention to the crowd and adjusting the music to keep everyone engaged while still staying true to what we had asked for.

What we appreciated most was that the music never felt like a generic wedding playlist. It felt personal to us, but still gave our guests plenty of songs and energy to keep the party going.

Overall, we were extremely happy with DJ MasterMix and Grant. They were professional, organized, talented, and genuinely helped make our wedding day memorable. We would absolutely recommend DJ MasterMix to any couple looking for a DJ who will take the time to understand what you want and then execute it beautifully on the day.

Hired DJ Master Mix for an event at the Hockley Valley Resort. He also provided lights and photo booth. Set up was perfect! I recommend highly.

We are so happy we decided to use DJ MasterMix for our wedding. Michael was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was attentive, responsive, and professional. He was answered all our questions quickly and with detailed responses. He also provided his expertise on other wedding planning items.

We specifically appreciated the portal he had as it helped with the wedding planning process. It made sure we were on track with certain decisions that needed to be made, and even ones we didn't even think about. It was extremely helpful.

We had DJ Marcus for our wedding and he was fantastic! He exceeded our expectations with the type of music we wanted throughout our wedding. Our guests were on the dance floor all night! As the bride, I was also on the dance floor all night instead of mingling because the music was so good!

DJ Marcus also made sure to check in with myself and my husband to ensure everything was ok. He also double checked with me to see if he could play a song that was on the do not play list but a groomsmen had requested it and he got the ok from my husband, but also wanted to get the ok from me, which I really appreciated.

DJ Marcus also accommodated to all our requests and queues throughout our wedding and executed it spectacularly (e.g timing of what section of a song to play for reception entrance songs, lowering the music announce that my sister would join the father daughter dance etc.)

As a type-A, detail oriented bride, I highly recommend DJ Mastermix for your next event/wedding. They were fantastic!

DJ Mastermix (Michael) and his team are amazing. We saw them at someone’s wedding and the dance floor was packed so we hired them for our wedding and we are SO happy and grateful we did. They are very organized, answer very quickly, always available to schedule a meeting and are so friendly! They communicated with not only all our vendors to keep everyone on the same page but also our family to keep everyone on the same page and help with speeches. They also helped keep us organized, their email reminders of what to have booked at certain months away from the wedding helped us feel we were on track and doing the right things while planning our wedding. It was so easy to communicate what music we wanted and the dance floor was so busy and fun! We got so many compliments and also had people now ask us who our DJ was as they want them for their wedding! Would for sure hire them again and recommend them to everyone! We had DJ Grant who helped make the day perfect. He was very kind and accommodating. He made sure the place was pumping when we needed it, and slowed it down when we needed a breather. He took requests and delivered on exactly what we were looking for when we were looking for it. DJ Michael helped us set up our dream day by going through the intake questionnaire, and they did a lot of work in the background that we didn't need to check in on. The intakes forms were a bit much, but it was all relevant and important information. The price, in my opinion, was reasonable for the service we got as well.

DJ MasterMix's Service, along with DJ Marcus was fantastic for our wedding. Their process/tech ahead of the event was super easy to plan and ensure the event would go exactly as we envisioned it. The execution was flawless and was truly the piece that made our wedding the most special day it could have been (even to the point where our guests commented on the music/DJ being one of their favourite parts of the afternoon/evening).

Michael from DJ MasterMix was extremely helpful during our planning process - from providing tips monthly on details we should focus on, to pointing us in the right direction when it came to choosing appropriate songs for our ceremony, we couldn't ask for a better DJ vendor to work with. They made our planning process straight forward and stress-free.
For our wedding day, DJ Braden was exceptional. His communication throughout the entire day was fabulous. DJ Braden was sure to play all of our requested songs and made sure that our guests didn't leave the dance floor for long. He brought the energy that we needed and were looking for!

We had DJ mastermix for our wedding and we are so happy and thrilled that we did! Right from the beginning, Michael guided us through some planning questions (ones we would have never thought of!) and had all the bases covered for our wedding. This guidance truly set the tone for an incredible evening! The planning helped things run smoothly and organized… essential with a wedding our size! Throughout the evening our DJ Braden kept us on schedule and was a great MC! Humorous and personable! He kept the dance floor moving and the crowd happy! We also rented a Photo Booth and that was a hit! Our guests loved it and that also ran very smoothly! I would definitely recommend DJ Mastermix for a wedding or event! I had seen DJ MasterMix as a friend's wedding and knew they would be the right fit for our wedding as well. Michael did an incredible job at coordinating the ceremony music, entrances and reception music. He kept the dance floor going all night long! The incredible organization and availability at any time for questions was very reassuring and extremely helpful during a long planning process.
