DJ Funkeasy

DJ Funkeasy was the perfect choice for my wedding! He provided music for both my outdoor ceremony and indoor reception and I can't say enough good things about him. He was very thorough in finding out and understanding what kind of music and atmosphere I wanted to create. His song selection really got everyone out on the dance floor, it was packed! He knows how to read an audience and get them moving.

We hired DJ Funkeasy for our wedding and were extremely happy with the entire experience. From the time we booked him the entire process went seamlessly. He took care to ensure that he really understood what I had envisioned for my reception and delivered at the event! The music was awesome and he kept the dancefloor packed the entire night!

Our wedding was a meld of Guyanese, Hungarian, Ukrainian and British based Canadians. When we started looking for a DJ, we wanted someone who had experience working with our families musical tastes, while keeping the vibe fun and classy. DJ Funkeasy was organized, prompt, professional and fun to work with. Our families had a great time dancing the night away. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ for our wedding.

DJ Funkeasy is the absolute best DJ that we've had the pleasure to work with. We've had him DJ all of our parties for the past 10 years for a variety of events be it milestone birthdays. weddings, corporate parties etc. He is able to cater to a wide range of age groups from teenage to retirement age. The dance floor was packed from beginning to end at each and every event. Guest were left wanting to party with him past 2am. He also provided an excellent music selection for the cocktail reception and dinner. DJ Funkeasy takes the time to get to know what we want and what we don't want. He is certainly a 5 star DJ and we would recommend him without hesitation!!

DJ Funkeasy did an amazing job at our reception. I was very pleased that the process leading up to the event was painless and the music on the night was amazing.  He had the crowd going and played some Chinese pop and K-pop as I requested in the lead up to the event to cater to relatives from back home. He was also very accommodating in taking different music requests throughout the night.

I heard DJ Funkeasy play at a few clubs around the city and really liked his sound. I was incredibly happy to hear that he did weddings as well and was not disappointed when he DJ'd at our wedding. He was professional, flexible and kept the dance floor filled till the night was over. He played to a diverse crowd and I am still hearing compliments from family and friends. As a DJ myself - I whole-heartedly thank DJ Funkeasy and recommend him to anyone looking for a great DJ to make their wedding a party to be remembered.

DJ Funkeasy was amazing! We saw DJ Funkeasy at a friends wedding and knew he'd be great for ours as well. He was very professional, accommodating and helpful in planning the details of our wedding events (we had 3 events, including the reception). He worked well with our wedding planners and was able to make each event unique, which was very important to us.

At each event, He kept the dance floor packed for the entire night. He did an awesome job interpreting the mood of the crowd and tailoring the music appropriately across multiple musical genres including Bollywood that we had indicated interest in.

Travelling from Toronto Canada to Metro Detroit was not an issue, he arrived into town early to get our events all set up and ready to go! Overall our experience was wonderful and would HIGHLY recommend him.
