I discovered this company during a vendor show at Ancaster Mill and I am so happy we chose them over the others to make our day special! From start to finish everything was very straight forward with their user friendly website and virtual meeting check ins. I was able to customize every part of the wedding that I wanted to - and for the parts I didn't want to worry about, they took care of it with professionalism and expertise. Our DJ was Perry N and he was phenomenal!! Perry went above and beyond at every level to ensure our day was perfect. He coordinated MCing while also making sure all our songs and speeches were perfectly timed. Despite it being a smaller wedding and space there was never a dull moment on the dance floor! He also ensured to check in with us multiple times to confirm we were happy with how things were going. It really felt like he personally cared about every aspect of my wedding as much as I did. I cannot thank him enough for his work and dedication to making our day run smoothly. Our wedding would not have been as magical without him. I want to start by saying we had a fantastic time with our DJ on the day of our wedding. Dave was amazing, and read the room so well. He was able to play a very specific Fred Penner song on the fly to aide with my in-laws speech. The flow of the evening was fantastic and all of our guests loved the music. In fact, my brother in-law who is getting married next year would love to work with Dave again for their wedding.
However, we have mixed feelings leading up to our wedding and working with Bil. We had asked about having a meeting in the weeks leading up to our wedding to finalize our playlist and special songs we would like played. We were sent a meeting link for a day that did not work for either myself or my fiance, as we both were working that evening. When we brought this to Bil's attention we were told that was the only day and time that worked. No flexibility whatsoever. We asked for any other day, providing dates and times that would work but felt dismissed. We had to beg for another day. Additionally, we had provided a list of special songs we wanted played, both via email and via their website, but when we were sent the final list we noticed that one of the songs was incorrect. We brought this to Bil's attention and were sent back the same list with the same incorrect song. We had no idea if it was changed until the moment the song was played. Overall, the communication with Bil lead to a lot unnecessary stress in the days leading up to our wedding. We just felt the communication with Bil was unprofessional and we tried to be as accommodating as possible but ultimately felt dismissed.
However, that being said, Dave is fantastic. If you have Dave for your wedding or other event, you will have a great time. -

We simply loved our DJ, what a great guy. Super professional and what a great energy and personality. He even helped us tide up at the end of the night. My guests complimented me for my choice. They are at the Cambridge Mill almost every weekend so needless to say if they are not the best, it is one of the best choices out there. Highly recommend. -

Amazing Dj!
We used Dj Digital Vinyl for our wedding at Ancaster Mill on October 25, 2024. Our dj was Dj Josh and he absolutely killed it! All of our guests said how amazing the music was and we didn’t leave the dance floor all night! He was also a fantastic MC. We would 1000% recommend this company for any events you may have. Thank you so much for contributing to our unforgettable wedding! -

We hired digital vinyl for our September wedding. We met Bil at an event and we quickly realized they were the team for us. We requested a mix for our first dance and they made sure it sounded exactly as we wanted it. Andrew was our DJ and MC on our day. He called us a few days earlier to make sure that he prepared everything exactly how we wanted it . They have an online platform that made music selection and sharing details so easy. They also allowed guest to enter their request through that platform. We booked the whole package with lights, smoke and the cold sparkles. Due to venue restrictions, they happily found a way to use the sparkles outside which allowed to have wonderful photos. There were some minor issues with the smoke and Andrew was quick to find us a solution.
We also booked our photobooth with them which our guests loved! Dance time ended up being a bit shorter than expected (not related to them at all- just weddings being longer than expected). Andrew was happy to mix the music to our liking ensuring people danced all night!
