We have a wanderful night with Ava！

Had the pleasure to have Ava DJ my wedding, there is no other word to discribe her amazingness. Not only she had the control of the music, she went above and beyond to make the wedding to the next level.

Ava was very helpful. At first, she set up a call with us so she understands what we need - we said that we're inexperienced and planning it ourselves so she described in detail the role the DJ plays at various parts of the wedding. She also helped us with general advice about the wedding, unrelated to the role of DJ, which we found very useful.

She asked about the sound system at the venue but we weren't very sure. She went in person to the venue to try the sound system and see what extra equipment she needs to bring. We only gave her our venue's contact number and she arranged everything herself, which saved us time because we didn't have to do anything.

She sent us song suggestions for various wedding stages and she chose songs that are not overplayed. For most stages we picked our own songs, but we found her suggestions useful as inspiration.

She set up a few more calls with us. Calls were to the point, not wasting time but also giving us enough info and answering all our questions. For one call we couldn't make it and she was friendly and flexible in rescheduling.

The wedding day was great. She used the songs we picked, at the right timing, with right volume and smooth transitions. We relied on her musical cues to know what to do next and it felt very natural. For example, after the bridesmaids walked down the aisle, we relied on Ava's soundtrack transition to know when the bride should start walking. Ava timed all these perfectly throughout the entire day.

She also helped us with other smaller things. During cocktail hour we wanted to show photo slides on the TV but ran into some technical issues so she used her laptop to stream the slides for us.

Our afterparty was small since the wedding was on a Sunday and most guests went home, but Ava made it fun. She made a mix of the songs we provided but she also smoothly introduced songs we requested on the spot.

Overall, she was great. Skilled, knowledgeable, responsive, reliable, professional and friendly. You can easily tell that she's genuinely passionate about being a DJ. We're very happy that we chose Ava.
