Shabby to Chic made our wedding so incredibly wonderful and special! Pamela was amazing from the first time I met her in her beautiful shop right to the day of the wedding. She gave me many ideas and showed me pictures of what we could do for decorations and we decided with her ... View more magnificent vintage style lanterns and candles which she surrounded with lush greenery and roses. It was elegant and romantic. Pamela also did a super outstanding job with my flowers and I was absolutely in love with them. She cared so much about making sure they were perfect and that they were exactly what I wanted, even though I didn’t know what I wanted. She kept in contact with me throughout the planning and emailed me pictures of different flowers and bouquets so she could get a “feel” for what I would like. My flower arrangements were stunningly gorgeous and were more beautiful than I expected. We booked Shabby to Chic’s set-up service which was the best possible decision we could have made. Pamela ensured that our day was stress-free and perfect by bringing everything to the hotel, setting up a backdrop, lights, tying in greenery, flowers and making sure the lights were working properly! She came back after the ceremony and set everything up for the reception, all while we were taking pictures outside. The hotel had the table arrangements wrong and Pamela took it upon herself to ensure it was corrected!! She did an incredible amount of work and preparation and she came back at the end of the reception to take it all down, pack it up and brought it with her so we could enjoy our night worry free!!! She went above and beyond and made our day incredibly special and memorable. Her creativity and attention to detail showed up beautifully in the room after she put everything together! Her kind, warm and upbeat personality was the topping on the cake :) for us! We definitely recommend SHABBY TO CHIC to anyone as you will be thoroughly impressed. Her attention to details is unbelievable. Her service is both customized and personal. You will not be regret hiring them. When we were done, I cried and it wasn't even my wedding. I’ve found it somewhat hard to write this review as this testimony cannot fully express nor capture how integral Pam and her team at Shabby 2 Chic were to the design and set-up of our wedding. View more extremely enjoyable which made planning our wedding day far less stressful and much more enjoyable. Throughout this process the value we received for our investment was phenomenal as Pam was extremely approachable and hands-on, taking the time to meet with us on numerous occasions both at her office and on-site at our venue. Working with Shabby 2 Chic we were able to turn the vision we had for our venue into reality and Pam’s willingness to customise pieces (such as our table cloths which she sewed by hand as you couldn’t simply buy the style we wanted) made the venue feel more personable. As we were unable to gain access to the venue until a few hours before our reception we decided to use Shabby 2 Chic’s set-up and take down services. We couldn’t have made a better choice. Despite the short timeframe Pam and her team managed to transform our venue into something magical that all of our guests raved about. They even went so far as to place our menu’s and guest favours at each setting without even being asked to… just brilliant! Managing to set the venue up in this short window speaks volumes to how organised Pam and her team are as they went so far as arranging to have the napkins dropped off early so they could be steamed and pre-folded the day before to save time. Most importantly, hiring Shabby 2 Chic for the design and set-up/take-down of the venue allowed us to focus on our guests and each other on our wedding day. We have already referred 3 of our friends to Shabby 2 Chic for their weddings and would highly recommend if you are looking for someone who is passionate about what they and dedicated to you as a client to which you will gladly call a friend then you should hire Shabby 2 Chic as well.
