This company came THREE HOURS LATE to our wedding and didn’t even come pick up the sign at the end of the event!
They also left a word out on the sign. Take your money elsewhere. The only saving grace was the wedding went well otherwise. Listen to the other reviews before me! Don’t hire them. -

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want to keep your sanity! THEY WILL ROB YOU and tell you it's your fault.
We ordered a flower wall for our wedding day. It was supposed to be ready by 11am and we were told that they needed 3 hours to set up. By 10am, we had no word from them and no delivery had shown up - nothing!
When we were able to get ahold of customer service (around 10:30), it was far too late to set anything up as the reception had already begun. We asked to cancel the order and were told the cancellation was confirmed.
Then, the delivery people show up around 11:20 (a whole hour after we talked to customer service). We told them it's too late and that we had cancelled the order.
When it came time to refund our money, we were told that because their delivery people had still "showed up" they "did their job" and we would still be liable for the FULL amount. This is how they conduct their business.
I understand if we had had to still pay for delivery fees or some sort of admin fees. But to pay for a product that was not ready to go for the specified time and wouldn't even be ready for use until near the end of our wedding (our wedding ended at 4pm) is absolute ROBBERY.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Honestly, they should be removed from Wedding Wire for this type of scam.

Highly recommend this company!! The service was amazing, fast, and their admin team helped me with all my questions and concerns. The wall looked beautiful at my wedding and the delivery guys were very polite and friendly. Will definitely rent more! -

I am absolutely stunned by the terrible service provided by your company. My husband
and I ordered a floral arch for our wedding day. Upon the employee coming to “set up” the arch, it was not set up correctly. Once it was “set up” at the agreed time, my bridesmaids and I went to go see it outside, and it was crumbled on the ground (see attached photo). My mother in law called the company to set it back up properly, but was informed it would be an extra $200 to come back and fix it!!!! Like, seriously?
How is this possible when it wasn’t even set up properly to begin with? There were no stakes, no sandbags, nothing to keep it in place from toppling over. The groomsmen, my husbands grandpa, my florist AND my TWO photographers all offered to help to set it up so it wouldn’t fall over again. The employee or whoever he was, refused to come back since he was in Toronto. The groomsman had to go grab ROCKS in their suits and set it up so it wouldn’t fall over again. Not to mention this was AN HOUR before our wedding. Even my photographers went and purchased stakes and sandbags to help us out, which is beyond their job. They took their own time and money to help us.
This is so unacceptable, we cannot believe this happened from a company that had so many good reviews. This seems like a total scam after we’ve payed over $400 to have this arch at our wedding. Trying to charge us an extra $200 to fix it, when that wouldn’t be necessary if the employee set it up correctly in the first place.
Seriously, don’t waste your time with these people. -
