DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want to keep your sanity! THEY WILL ROB YOU and tell you it's your fault.

We ordered a flower wall for our wedding day. It was supposed to be ready by 11am and we were told that they needed 3 hours to set up. By 10am, we had no word from them and no delivery had shown up - nothing!

When we were able to get ahold of customer service (around 10:30), it was far too late to set anything up as the reception had already begun. We asked to cancel the order and were told the cancellation was confirmed.

Then, the delivery people show up around 11:20 (a whole hour after we talked to customer service). We told them it's too late and that we had cancelled the order.

When it came time to refund our money, we were told that because their delivery people had still "showed up" they "did their job" and we would still be liable for the FULL amount. This is how they conduct their business.

I understand if we had had to still pay for delivery fees or some sort of admin fees. But to pay for a product that was not ready to go for the specified time and wouldn't even be ready for use until near the end of our wedding (our wedding ended at 4pm) is absolute ROBBERY.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Honestly, they should be removed from Wedding Wire for this type of scam.

I am absolutely stunned by the terrible service provided by your company. My husband
and I ordered a floral arch for our wedding day. Upon the employee coming to “set up” the arch, it was not set up correctly. Once it was “set up” at the agreed time, my bridesmaids and I went to go see it outside, and it was crumbled on the ground (see attached photo). My mother in law called the company to set it back up properly, but was informed it would be an extra $200 to come back and fix it!!!! Like, seriously?

How is this possible when it wasn’t even set up properly to begin with? There were no stakes, no sandbags, nothing to keep it in place from toppling over. The groomsmen, my husbands grandpa, my florist AND my TWO photographers all offered to help to set it up so it wouldn’t fall over again. The employee or whoever he was, refused to come back since he was in Toronto. The groomsman had to go grab ROCKS in their suits and set it up so it wouldn’t fall over again. Not to mention this was AN HOUR before our wedding. Even my photographers went and purchased stakes and sandbags to help us out, which is beyond their job. They took their own time and money to help us. 

This is so unacceptable, we cannot believe this happened from a company that had so many good reviews. This seems like a total scam after we’ve payed over $400 to have this arch at our wedding. Trying to charge us an extra $200 to fix it, when that wouldn’t be necessary if the employee set it up correctly in the first place.

Seriously, don’t waste your time with these people.

Very accommodating and easy to work with, their staff are very nice. The flower wall is beautiful.

This company came THREE HOURS LATE to our wedding and didn’t even come pick up the sign at the end of the event!

They also left a word out on the sign. Take your money elsewhere. The only saving grace was the wedding went well otherwise. Listen to the other reviews before me! Don’t hire them.

We booked the Victorian Arch for our wedding in Nov 2021 and our experience was great. Customer service was friendly, responsive and informative. The arch looked amazing at our wedding, just as we expected!

When looking for a decor company for backdrops, balloons, lettering etc please do your homework and read reviews to avoided being disappointed as we were with Floral Walls Canada! Ordered from this company well in advance of my event, paid them in advance and they DIDN'T SHOW UP! Left us hanging with no wall for our photos, (we paid a photographer and purchased all kinds of props) no lettering (ordered a table with the letter HAPPY) and no balloons (ordered a full arch) for our decor. This left a huge hole in our event! They are very unorganized and very unprofessional. In trying to speak with the owner he totally ignored all my calls and my texts!

Highly recommend this company!! The service was amazing, fast, and their admin team helped me with all my questions and concerns. The wall looked beautiful at my wedding and the delivery guys were very polite and friendly. Will definitely rent more!
