The decorations were picture perfect!

Did an awful job and stopped responding when I emailed to ask what happened. Pictures are what she said she would do or similar vs actual arch and backdrop. Do not use this vendor.

I recently dealt with Nicky for my wedding decor and could not have asked for a better decorator. Caralis has some of London's best selection of decor items and the prices are great.
Nicky tells it like it is and I could see some not liking that. At our first consultation she told me my idea was horrible, which made my mother take offence. However, after we booked with her she took the time to setup a mock table so we can see what she meant. She really is talented and has a great imagination.

Nicky provided us with linen rentals and decor for our wedding. The quality of her inventory is like something out of a magazine. No other vendors in London carried any of the items that she has. The price is excellent and we could not be happier with her work. The hall looked beautiful and we could not have asked for more.
We would recommend her to anyone looking for wedding decor.

When I first met with Nicky she was passionate and had great ideas and seemed very easy to work with. I met with her a couple of times after that to finalize some details and to change some things on the contract. When I asked for an update contract so it took 3 months to get her to send me one, this is after I spent 2 months calling, and emailing her and her putting me off. I then had my wonderful wedding planner harass her, which took another month. She first sent me a picture of my contract, which is unacceptable. So at this point it is mid- to end of April and I was kind of nervous about how the actual day would turn out. Well that is what has lead me to write this review. Not only did I pay for things, that I did NOT recieve ($300 worth), she didn't bring all the material she was suppose to to fulfil that contract (she had to borrow 2 sets of lights from my DJ). We waited around until 2 am for her to show up and she didn't, and when we left everything was there. The next day when I contacted her about the things that she did not do, she suddently came up with that one of the vases was missing at a cost of $135.00. Two months later she is no longer returning my calls or emails or my wedding planners and she has blocked me on facebook. I would find another decorator, you do not need this stress!!

Awful. Nicky, the owner, comes off as a wonderful person who is passionate about her business and weddings. Her prices are reasonable and her showroom is wonderful. However, if you find yourself at ever with an issue in regards to her not meeting up to the expectations she said she’d meet with her décor…she suddenly loses all proper business practice and thinks with the mindset of a 9 year-old. She actually went as far to give my husband and me the “silent-treatment” and ignored our emails and phone calls when we tried to resolve a situation with her…a situation that today, over a year later, still remains unresolved.

Nicky decorated our Gatsby themes wedding and it was Amazing. From the centre pieces to the head table everything was the glittering and looked like it came right out of the Great Gatsby movie. I told Nicky my vision and she brought it to life. Working with her is a pleasure and she makes wedding planning fun and easy! I recommend her for any event or party. Thanks Nicky !!

Nicky, comes off as a nice person. Her prices are not bad she will higher the prices on some stuff and lower on other and her showroom is small but nice . when i tried calling her to discuss things she ignored my emails , massages and calls. :$ I tried for one month and no respond . I can't just go to her showroom it's by appointments only . So we find someone else to do our wedding .
