Nicky is an incredible planner, she makes things easy, she understands your vision and has an incredible ability to bring it to life with what seems like ease, but I know is expertise! Highly recommend!

Did an awful job and stopped responding when I emailed to ask what happened. Pictures are what she said she would do or similar vs actual arch and backdrop. Do not use this vendor.

The decorations were picture perfect!

Nicky decorated our Gatsby themes wedding and it was Amazing. From the centre pieces to the head table everything was the glittering and looked like it came right out of the Great Gatsby movie. I told Nicky my vision and she brought it to life. Working with her is a pleasure and she makes wedding planning fun and easy! I recommend her for any event or party. Thanks Nicky !!

Nicky, comes off as a nice person. Her prices are not bad she will higher the prices on some stuff and lower on other and her showroom is small but nice . when i tried calling her to discuss things she ignored my emails , massages and calls. :$ I tried for one month and no respond . I can't just go to her showroom it's by appointments only . So we find someone else to do our wedding .

I recently dealt with Nicky for my wedding decor and could not have asked for a better decorator. Caralis has some of London's best selection of decor items and the prices are great.
Nicky tells it like it is and I could see some not liking that. At our first consultation she told me my idea was horrible, which made my mother take offence. However, after we booked with her she took the time to setup a mock table so we can see what she meant. She really is talented and has a great imagination.

Nicky has gone above and beyond her call of duty for us. The decor was spectacular and we are truly great-full. I would recommend her to everyone.

I too had a terrible experience with Nicky! What a joke...she's rude and disorganized. Any positive reviews must be from herself or family.
I ended up renting from her table cloths, napkins and chair covers. When I met with her we agreed upon a certain colour of tablecloth...while it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, I was satisfied that it would suit my needs. She drew up the contract and I paid my deposit. A few months later (and closer to the wedding date) she called me excitedly and explained that she had found the perfect tablecloth for me in the exact colour I was hoping for. I immediately went to see them and was excited because they were so perfect...however she did notify me that they were coming in from the US and she could not guarantee that they would be there at the time of the wedding...I assured her that this was okay and that if they didn't come in we would just go with the original ones I ordered.
Fast forward to the day before the wedding...tablecloths were delivered to the hall...THEY WERE NOT WHAT I ORDERED (neither the 'new ones' nor the original ones). I didn't see them until 5pm the night before the wedding...it was too late to change or call to have it fixed as the tables had all the place settings and centerpieces already on them and we had our rehearsal at 7pm.
When I called Nicky and asked her why she didn't call me to let me know that she made the unilateral decision to change the tablecloth, she told me 'well I told the caterer'????!!!! Huh???!!! Her contract was with me and NOT the caterer.
Needless to say...she gave me the run around right after the wedding as well. I asked for a copy of the invoice months prior to the wedding and months after. She rarely communicated back and if she did she had 'a meeting'...her 'computer was broke'...'broken printer'...yada yada.
She's ridiculous and a fraud. No attempt a reasonable resolution...or compensation.
