Palatable Catering & Events is a private chef, wedding and event catering service based in Vancouver, British Columbia. We use only fresh, seasonal and mostly local ingredients in our menus to reflect a fusion of diverse flavours our beautiful landscape has to offer.

We are a company that specializes in one of the city's only eco-friendly daily mobile private chef services when it was first launched and became a full-service catering company in late 2021. Ever since we have developed and built amazing relationships with our clients and we are passionate and proud of every delivery, every event and every time we serve them.
Cuisine
Whether it is a black-tie wedding, a fundraising gala or an amazing anniversary dinner for 2, we have a menu just for you. The concept behind Palatable Catering & Events and the culinary vision of Vancouver-born, bred and formally trained chef and owner James Green is to celebrate the “melting pot” of the diverse cultures, religions, ethnicities, and trends of that grace this beautiful city. He also loves to celebrate and showcase the bounty of amazing ingredients local farmers, purveyors, and Artisan suppliers that the area also has to offer.
Chef James uses all these local elements, with seasonal availability always kept in mind, to get creative and fuse global inspirations together on one plate and in one taste – which is basically his definition of true “Global Fusion” cuisine which he specializes in.
