Nomad Gourmet was completely unprofessional and rude in their dealings. We feel absolutely taken advantage of. We booked them and signed contracts with specific agreements. Jason showed up a day early insisting it was our fault and rude. Turns out it was his mistake. He refused to commit to being there the correct day. He did end up showing up the correct day however completely changed our contractually agreed upon service plan, ignored life threatening allergies (of which they were made aware and said they could accommodate), and lied to us about it all. In following up with them, following the disaster they made of our wedding, he threw an employee under the bus and even tried putting some blame on us. Turns out the blame again falls on him. The business did absolutely nothing to make this right and ended up costing us even more money than we had originally agreed. Stay away from them!!
