With over 10 years of catering experience and 20 years of culinary experience, Left Coast Catering delivers memorable wedding catering that you and your guests will be reminiscing over for years after your big day. At Left Coast catering, we pride ourselves on serving local organic produce, ethically raised meat and sustainably caught seafood. Much of our produce is grown year-round on site at our commissary kitchen located at The Brew Creek Centre. Being based in this location allows for herbs and veggies to be harvested hours before they are served. The farm has multiple indoor and outdoor growing spaces, allowing for year-round produce availability, so we are able to execute consistent and beautifully grown produce. We are blessed as chefs to have access to this farm and its bounty, which in turn benefits you and your guests with the freshest ingredients possible.
