We booked Embrace simply looking for a caterer and they became our absolute best investment of the entire event. Throwing a wedding on private property was an extremely daunting task, and we had the most amazing day thanks to Renee & Igor's expertise and professionalism.

The food was UNBELIEVABLE and we got so many compliments on the apps and the meal. We didn't have to worry one bit about staffing, rentals, tents and linens - Embrace took expert care of it all.

The rentals were above and beyond what we could have handled on our own. Everything felt taken care of and my husband and I were able to really enjoy our amazing day. Thank you!

Embrace weddings turned my wedding into an absolute fairytale! When I first walked out and saw the set up on my day I could not believe that was possible! Renee is like a fairy godmother who made herself always available despite it being the craziest wedding season yet. She also made every step of wedding planning actually fun instead of scary and stressful. Chef Igor is the most incredible chef and such a nice man. Our guests are still talking about how that gourmet food was catered. If you need a tent setup, incredible food or an event planner I feel confident recommending this company. They made my special day easy, worry free and like I said “a literal fairytale”. Can’t thank this company enough!

We hired Renee of Embrace Weddings for our unique, cocktail wedding in an aircraft hangar. Renee and her team are absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning we knew that Renee was special; spending time with us in order to prepare a completely personalized proposal like no other coordinator had. Over the next few months Renee was hard at work bringing our vision to reality; saving us time and energy while she worked with vendors to deliver our dream day. Renee's years of experience is an added bonus for any couple trying to navigate the challenges of wedding planning. Whatever we needed, she was there whether it was a special item or sound advice. Not to mention this woman's connections - she knows everyone in the business and had a solution to every question we had. During the dress rehearsal and on our wedding day is when we really got to see Renee though. This woman is a gift whose calming presence and expertise put us at complete ease. On the day of our wedding, Renee and her team made our dream a reality. Every detail was captured, every moment was sheer perfection. Renee took care of everything from set-up to finding us a videographer on the day of when ours canceled (note: this was my hire, not Renee's). From seating our guests to sneaking me into the venue before the ceremony. Like my own J-Lo from The Wedding Planner, she even made sure I got something to eat in all the excitement during the reception. On top of supporting us, Renee was also managing her staff who were incredible; happy and smiling, earning us many compliments from our guests. The food and service was phenomenal; timed and staffed perfectly for our night, also earning us many compliments from our guests. When the night carried on past our planned end time, Renee gladly extended her team with no change in the level of service. Our wedding was "spectacular" thanks to Renee. I don't know what we would have done without her. You can tell that this is a woman who takes a tremendous amount of pride in her work but also genuinely cares about her clients as well. Anyone who hires her won't be disappointed. And if you're sentimental like me, she won't be someone you'll ever forget.

We hired Embrace weddings for our intimate backyard wedding and they blew all of our expectations out of the water. The dining experience was 10/10 and so was the food. Renee's attention to detail is astounding, we had ordered decor for the dinner and she caught that there wasn't quite enough forks for all the courses. I was able to contact the decor company with enough notice and everything worked out perfectly. They helped set up the plates and name settings for the seating arrangement.

We are wedding photographers and have eaten many meals at many different weddings, this was by far the most delicious meals I've had. Renee and her partner Igor really know what they are doing when it comes to gourmet food. The 4 course dinner was amazing, we loved the food and the menu options that they had available. We were easily able to accommodate the vegans and vegetarians with delicious alternatives they offered. I loved every course.

The staff left our kitchen and everything clean, tidy and organized. They even packed up the leftover food and we had it for dinner again the next night (still amazing!!)

Will be recommending them to my clients and anyone who needs catering.

Our wedding was a roller coaster ride, to say the least. Thanks COVID! We planned several versions of our wedding, from booking at a venue in Cambridge for 50 people, to having to cancel, to having no wedding at all, to 10 people and no reception, to 25 people at home and then lastly, 75 people, a full wedding in my parents backyard. Since we could not make any real moves or planning without knowing where restrictions would fall we ended up having only 4 weeks to make it all happen, and let me say how it would NOT have been possible without Renee & Igor, and Embrace Weddings. Our wedding was an ABSOLUTE DREAM COME TRUE, and that is because we found Embrace Weddings.

Igor, Hats off to the Chef! Incredible is the only word. Guests said they were making love to their food, and wanted to runaway with their dessert. A new standard of excellence was set, as I have never and will never enjoy fine dining like this at a wedding venue. I do not know how you can create a fine dining experience with such a high level of quality for a large group of 75. Our guests were in awe!

Wedding planning is never fun and for some reason we decided to do it twice! 11 years later for our vow renewal.
With covid to add to this already stressful time it was a happy time when we stumbled upon Embrace wedding.
At first we were simply looking for catering, but when Renee called to walk us through the menu options we instantly fell in love with her passion for our event.
Not many companies at the time when we started planning were really in the space of small wedding or parties but Renee made us feel like the most important clients and I believe that is really what every bride and groom need during such an event.
The decor was not easy, when planning for a backyard event every detail had to be perfect and just right and Renee bless her had all the patience in the world as we went through every option.
The day of Renee was here bright and early setting up and making sure our vision would come to life, and let me tell you did it ever. Felt like Tuscany in our backyard. There was not a detail missed and service by Bruno was by far one of the highlights of our event! Every single guest raved about his service and spark. We miss you Bruno!
Igor delivered a flawless menu… I mean flawless. Every guest is still talking about the food and I will be most definitely hiring Igor for any future events!! I still dream of the egg plant cigars and salmon. It will forever be one of my favourite meals!
