When Pigs Fly Pastries produces intricate creations that help add an extra punch to any celebration. Emily, the owner and artist behind all the products, strives to create custom works that are unique to each client. Each wedding cake is aimed to reflect the personality of the couple and have guests raving both before and after serving.

Experience

After graduating as a top student from her pastry arts programs, Emily launched herself into the baking industry and started her own business. She now works out of a commercial kitchen in Vancouver and provides specialty cakes and pastries to events all over the Lower Mainland. Emily is a detail oriented artist who prides herself on making cakes taste as good as they look. When Pigs Fly Pastries took home the award for "Best Tasting Wedding Cake" at the 2016 BC Wedding Awards. She is often hired as a Food Stylist for local film & TV productions, and was selected to compete on the Food Network & Cooking Channel.

With no set cake menu you are free to let your imagination & taste buds run wild. The majority of the cakes can be made gluten free and they do have some vegan options as well.

Complimentary consultations by appointment. Tasting boxes can also be ordered. Delivery and set up rates are based on distance travelled. They do have some stands and display items available for rent as well.
