The baker behind Cake For Breakfast. She loves delicious things, she loves pretty things, she does indeed eat cake for breakfast and will argue that it is perhaps the best time to enjoy a slice (in bed with a coffee).
After working in some of Melbourne's best cafes, immersed in the coffee world, and studying at the incomparable 'Don’t Tell Charles' studio the art of contemporary cake design, it became obvious that she wouldn't be returning to her past life in social services. Through years of catering, events, and many many weddings, Cake For Breakfast came to be - a lifelong dream turned passion project turned legit little cake company. (None of it would be possible without her partner Blake, his endless support, encouragement, and love of cake!)
You can find her in the kitchen, the garden, or bopping around in "Mini", quite incredulous that she gets to do this for a living <3
