Experience

Brenda completed the Wilton Cake Decorating class at Michaels Arts & Crafts in 2001. She was asked if she would want to teach a cake decorating courses there. She became a Wilton Cake Decorater Instructor for more than a year, while also attending seminars and workshops to improve her techniques.

Products offered

Cupcakes and groom’s cakes are available in addition to wondeful wedding cakes. Brenda offers several flavours, including chocolate, vanilla, carrot, marble, lemon, orange, chocolate coconut, pumpkin spice, and red velvet. Buttercream icing and buttercream filler are included with all cakes. Marshmallow vanilla is the fondant flavour of choice.

Consultations are available. Additionally, setup and delivery is offered so you can be sure thet everything will arrive as it should and organized the way you want. For those who are allergic, gluten free and peanut free options are given as choices.
