Facilities and Capacity

The facilities found in this modern venue includes gorgeous industrial rustic interior of stone walls, iron beams, concrete floors, and a showstopping floating cement staircase. The Pioneer is a visual dream for any wedding. Dress it up, leave it bare, either way it is a vision of a room.

The Pioneer is made up of three levels: The main floor, the mezzanine (upper level) and the tall gallery (lower level). The main floor can accomodate up to 150 people for a seated reception, or 200-250 for a standing reception. If using all three levels, they can accomodate 300 for a standing reception.
