Beautiful venue, good food, but poorly organized. Many details were omitted that were important to my daughter & her husband. Their excuse was they weren't the "wedding planner." However, no one organized the guests entering, the main door was to be locked so the guests wound not enter the hall (as wedding was outside), microphone was not tweaked and couldn't be used during the vows. They charged my daughter $4 per cupcake that were from Co-op . THAT IS WRONG!!! We should have had someone double check all of the set up the day of the wedding. The music man had to move his equipment to outside for first dance, which was weird. Outdoor games were to be set up and weren't. Waiting area for the bride and bridesmaids was really crappy, they didn't even try to make it nice. Had to wait in kitchen by coolers and other stuff. Dance floor in the way of bar and main door; should have been centrally located. Cake was to be left out on display, but was put into fridge and taken away after cutting (needed to be room temp to cut). A very important and special memorial seat was to be set up and wasn't. I think my daughter & husband were promised many things that ended up not happening. Perhaps this is a new role for the person we thought was in charge. Tried blaming my daughter for a very drunk guests behavior, however they should have safe serve and didn't cut him off. Funny thing they only let my daughter bring in their

The girl became more defensive than apologetic when I told her that things were disorganized...she offered me an itinerary, not helpful at all. But as most places, once they have been paid, they rarely care or try to resolve their errors and omissions.
