The staff/venue/food was amazing at Swaneset and we're so glad we had our wedding there. They took care of us and made sure we had the most amazing time. A special shoutout to Narisa for being the best coordinator! She answered all of our questions prior to our wedding and made sure we were all making the right choices! Vow renewal will definitely be happening at Swaneset! Thank you again =) -

We just had our wedding at Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club, and it was truly one of the best moments of our lives. We’re so glad we chose Swaneset over any other venue.
Everything was amazing—the venue itself, the food, and the service. Our coordinator, Narisa, did a fantastic job. She was professional, flexible, and always quick to respond to our requests and questions. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did to help make our day so special.

Swaneset was a venue from a dream. Michelle was our wonderful coordinator who made sure everything went smoothly. With lots of options of ceremony space and a spacious and wonderful reception, all we had to do was show up and the venue had it handled. Also the food was out of this world! -

Our experience with the team at Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club was nothing short of exceptional, and truly set the tone for our entire wedding.
First, Holly — the person we connected with right at the very beginning when we decided on Swaneset. She was patient, incredibly communicative, and so generous with her time as she answered our many (many!) questions. More than anything, she made us feel confident and genuinely excited about our decision. You can tell she truly cares about her couples.
Then, the venue itself… I mean, the moment you step onto the property, words almost feel unnecessary. It is absolutely stunning — so well maintained, elegant, and breathtaking in every direction. We got married on a February afternoon and somehow lucked into the most unreal golden hour. The way the sun hits the property is just magic.
To the Swaneset staff — you are amazing. My husband and I both worked in hospitality for years, so we tend to notice the details… and you exceeded every expectation. From anticipating guests’ needs, to your professionalism, to the small thoughtful touches that make all the difference — it did not go unnoticed. Having staff waiting at the buffet to serve our plates, ensuring our wine glasses were never empty, and just the overall attentiveness throughout the night — it was seamless and so appreciated.
And the food… wow. My husband and I are big food people, and it was honestly one of the things we “worried” most about when choosing a venue. You completely surpassed our expectations. Nearly every single guest commented on how incredible it was — including our parents (one of whom has professional culinary training!). We’ve already joked that someone in our circle better get married at Swaneset next so we can experience that buffet again. It was that good.
And last, but certainly not least — Melissa. From the moment you reached out a few months before our wedding to the final goodbye at the end of the night, you were such an integral part of our experience. As the venue coordinator, you brought such a calm, organized, and steady presence that made everything feel effortless. As a Type A bride, it’s not easy for me to let go — but like with our day-of coordinators, I found myself completely at ease knowing you had everything handled. You were always one step ahead, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and allowing us to be fully present and actually enjoy our day.
The entire Swaneset team went above and beyond in every possible way. We are so grateful. 💛 -

This venue has always been my dream place — the moment I first visited, I knew this is where I want to get married. 🌿✨ And being able to finally celebrate our day there felt like a dream come true.
From the very beginning, the team helped us so much with planning, questions, and details. But what I want to give the biggest standing ovation to is our wedding coordinator of the day, NARISA. She was absolutely incredible. Truly a gem. 💛 She handled everything with care, professionalism, and so much heart. She made sure everything ran smoothly — for us, for our guests, and even for our families. We felt so taken care of the whole time and I could really feel how much she wanted the day to go perfectly for us.
There were a few moments of miscommunication and some areas where the team felt a bit less attentive, especially towards the end after she went home. It was a disappointing in that part for me and my family specifically . But when we shared our feedback with her, she responded so professionally and respectfully, and handled everything calmly. That kind of attitude means a lot. 🌿
The stars of this review are for her and for how she represented the venue with such grace. I really hope the team can improve from the feedback we shared — because with coordination like hers, this place truly has the potential to be perfection.
Overall, it will always be a special venue in my heart, and I’m grateful I got to say “I do” in the place I’ve always dreamed of. 🤍

My husband and I could not recommend Swaneset enough! The venue is absolutely beautiful and the overall experience that was provided went above and beyond what we were expecting. Our Event Manager, Narisa, was extremely attentive to our needs and was constantly checking in to ensure that we were feeling comfortable with how the evening was going. Narisa also did a phenomenal job in keeping everything on track, as per the schedule. We didn't end up hiring a Day of Coordinator, and I don't feel as though it was needed because of the service that Narisa provided. One final note is that the food was also exceptional. We had a number of people share that this was the best wedding food that they had ever had.
Swaneset is a fantastic venue for a wedding and I would highly recommend them! -

We had our wedding at Swaneset on October 12th, and it was truly the most magical day! From the moment we started planning, Malissa and the Swaneset team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Malissa made the entire process so smooth and stress-free — always organized, responsive, and patient with all our questions.
The venue itself is breathtaking, and so many of our guests commented that it was one of the most beautiful and memorable weddings they’ve ever attended. On the day of, everything ran seamlessly thanks to the staff’s professionalism and attention to detail. We felt so well taken care of from start to finish.
We’re so thankful to have chosen Swaneset — it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Highly recommend to any couple looking for a stunning venue and an incredible team to bring their dream day to life!

Swaneset was truly amazing. The responsiveness and communication levels with our coordinator Melissa made for such an easy planning process. As soon as we booked the venue we were given several supplemental planning guides and helpful tools (ie. floor plan, list of recommended vendors, month by month planner). We had several check-ins to see where we were with booking vendors and RSVP's, we also had an in person meeting which gave us clarity for all the little details. We attended the Bridal Show and Pasta Night offered by Swaneset to meet vendors and taste the food we chose for our wedding. At the end we stayed within our budget, and chose the "A Cut Above" menu option for our buffet dinner, and then did an open bar and had table wine in addition to the bar. Altogether, we stayed within our budget, including the bridal room rental (with an early access fee - water provided), sheridan room rental (nespresso machine inside no capsules), swaneset room rental, food, liquor/wine (open bar [we did not hit our limit]), and misc. taxes/fees. Would highly recommend Swaneset to anyone looking for a beautiful romatic venue - castle/bridgerton vibes. -

Beautiful venue, amazing food!
The venue was absolutely beautiful and the food was incredible, we received so many complements on the food from our guests! Michelle was our event coordinator and she was incredible. Michelle was so helpful throughout the entire process and helped bring our vision to life seamlessly. We had both our ceremony and reception in the main ballroom as it was raining - and everything was perfect. The transition from ceremony to reception was seamless, and the layout was great. Both my husband and I were able to get ready in separate rooms and my husband was able to golf a round with his groomsmen in the morning and use the facilities at the venue to get ready. The food - wow. Incredible selection, and they were so accommodating to allergies and dietary restrictions. Everything was so delicious. Thank you Michelle and Swaneset team for bringing our dream to life on the most special day of our lives, we can't wait to return and relive our special memories, thank you! -

Swaneset is a beautiful venue! They only have one wedding a day so the entire place is all yours! Since they’re so popular, it does book up quick! We booked our venue in Nov 2023 and our wedding was June 2025! Holly was the first person we were in contact with and she was super prompt and very easy to work with! She answered all our questions thoroughly and was very pleasant! When it was coming close to our wedding we were paired with Sam who was our event manager/coordinator on the day of our wedding! Sam was great to work with! Very friendly, kind and detail oriented! Our family and friends couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the food was and how beautiful the venue was!! We opted for the tiramisu for dessert since someone once mentioned to me that it’s to dieeee for! Our biggest regret was not eating it at the wedding since we were so busy!! Thank you again to Holly, Sam and the Swaneset team! You guys made our dream wedding come true!
