We recently hosted our wedding at Swaneset and had a magical day. The venue itself feels grand, and just far enough from the city to feel like a mini getaway. We particularly loved the high ceilings, large windows, and tree lined path as you enter the site grounds.
The staff and our venue coordinator, Melissa, were just as wonderful. They ensured the day went by smoothly, and were so friendly. Melissa was great throughout the whole process, from meeting her the first time, to coordinating logistic behind the scenes.
The food is also great - lots of options to choose from, and great accommodation for dietary restrictions.
Our guests continue to share how much they enjoyed the venue and food.
If we could relive the day again, it would be at Swaneset! -

Swaneset is an amazing venue and the staff have been very helpful and professional from the planning stage all the way to the day of. Holly was very responsive and helped us in making a decision with the venue especially for someone that is doing this overseas. Melissa was our day of coordinator and helped eased a lot of the stress by dealing with the vendors and flow of whole day. Venue is beautiful and food is amazing. We also booked the Sheridan room which was super helpful and excellent space for the wedding party to hang and store things. We really did get our dream wedding and loved that everyone had an equally good time. Highly recommend doing your wedding here. -

I helped plan my cousin’s wedding at Swaneset in July, and it was such an incredible experience from start to finish! The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, and the bar was very well staffed throughout the entire event.
A special shoutout to Melissa, our wedding coordinator at the venue. She was amazing—organized, attentive, and completely on top of everything. The entire day ran seamlessly, allowing everyone to relax and enjoy such a perfect and beautiful celebration.
I would highly recommend Swaneset to anyone looking for a wedding venue. And if you have the opportunity to request Melissa as your coordinator, do it! She’ll make sure everything runs smoothly on the big day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! -

The booking process and organisation in between booking and the wedding was pretty smooth. Even with only having 5 months to plan everything. Melissa was very helpful with our questions along the way. Swaneset was very accommodating as well. The day itself went very smoothly thanks to our coordinator Melissa. We had many guests come up to us and our parents praising the food. It lasted and tasted great all the way to the final table and seconds. -

The beauty of this location is amazing! The host provided great communication from the beginning just looking at the venue, until the wedding was complete. She had some very thoughtful and insightful tips to help the day run as smooth as possible. The service on the day of the wedding was top notch - definitely would recommend getting married at Swaneset!! -

Narisa was an absolute dream to work with as our day-of coordinator at Swaneset Bay Resort and Country Club. She was so friendly, understanding, and incredibly detail-oriented, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the day.
She made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish and was always checking in with my husband and me to make sure we had everything we needed. Her care and attentiveness truly stood out, and she went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect.
Anyone who gets the chance to work with Narisa is truly lucky. My husband and I highly, highly recommend her! -

We just had our wedding at Swaneset Bay Resort & Country Club, and it was truly one of the best moments of our lives. We’re so glad we chose Swaneset over any other venue.
Everything was amazing—the venue itself, the food, and the service. Our coordinator, Narisa, did a fantastic job. She was professional, flexible, and always quick to respond to our requests and questions. We’re incredibly grateful for everything she did to help make our day so special.
