The most beautiful venue out of all the venues we visited to have for our wedding
Melissa from Swaneset was so supportive to us even on the final week before the wedding. She said whatever we needed any questions or any last minute things feel free to message me. She said she would be checking cause she knows how stressful it could be the last week. She met with us and helped us come to solutions for our questions. She was easy to talk to and friendly and her experience with the venue is so valuable. A positive to all this is that she with many of our vendors before so the coordination with them was a breeze. We highly recommend Swaneset and Melissa. By the way, all our guests enjoyed the food as well as our vendors have said that the food has been consistently good here.

The perfect venue
This is the perfect venue for a wedding! The staff were amazing, the food was delicious, and the views were phenomenal. This venue also provides an onsite coordinator, and Danielle was the best! She was always super quick to respond and really accommodating, with her help, it made things an absolute breeze. She accounted for the tiniest details such as delivering appetizers to us during family portraits, giving cues to the photographers, and so much more!

The most spectacular venue in the lower mainland
We absolutely LOVED our reception at Swaneset. Our guests, family (and my groom) were so impressed with the aesthetic of the venue and the quality of the food. It looked even more stunning with the decor, of which we didn't need much, since the venue itself (especially the windows) is spectacular. We had the pleasure of working with Melissa, and she was wonderful to work with - detail and results oriented; professional; responsive and adaptive. When my ceremony (off-site) ran behind by an hour, she was with me throughout the reception to make sure things were smooth. I would recommend Swaneset in a heartbeat for anyone looking for a regal vibe for their wedding.

Staff Holiday Party
We had an amazing experience with the entire team at Swaneeset starting with Holly Robinson who was knowledgeable, flexible and worked within our budget. Michelle Vincent was our event manager an facilitate all the details perfectly. The food, drinks and entire staff made our evening. Highly recommend!

Amazing Wedding Experience
We recently got married at Swaneset after two reschedulings due to COVID. They were so flexible with us through it all. The night itself was incredible and the team made our wedding exactly what we wanted.

Perfection
Not only does Swaneset look like a castle out of a fairytale, the service feels as if you truely are royalty! Our guests were in awe of how beautiful the venue was and they all talk about how incredible the food was! We booked our date through Holly. She was great about getting back to us in a timely manner and knew the answers to all our questions! Melissa was our coordinator for the day. Melissa was so kind and sweet. She was super excited for us and fixed any little issues we had right away. The coordinator for later in the night was Sarah and she made sure everything went smoothly! Weddings can be stressful but our wedding felt so calm and prepared because of how hard working and caring the staff are. A new addition is the room for the men to get ready in! It was great because our photographer and videographer could capture myself getting ready with my bridesmaids then go down the hallway and capture my husband and his groomsmen. We all had our own spaces and I have to say the bridal room is gorgeous!!! My husband and I feel so fulfilled and happy with our wedding. The building, food, drinks, staff all absolutely wonderful! Swaneset truely gave us a wedding out of a fairytale!

You won't find a more beautiful setting
this building is absolutely stunning! For pictures there is no comparison between venues, Swaneset is the best hands down. The food was FANTASTIC and we just did the buffet, best wedding food I've ever had. There were some hiccups day of and with communication leading up to day of, but it's a wedding, i expected a lot more to go wrong! The team was very friendly and accommodating, especially with having to reschedule due to covid. They gave us a perfect wedding day!

Picture-Perfect Venue
We are so glad we chose Swaneset for our wedding. It was the most gorgeous venue, with views of mountains, a tree-lined driveway, castle-like building, huge windows in the ballroom, and so many other beautiful spots to take wedding photos. We had our ceremony in the center spotlight, which was gorgeous, and perfect for fall as it was indoors. The food and bar service were great. The only issue we had was that our late night snacks were served without any of the sides (no buns or condiments for the hot dogs and no sauces or dips for the tacos). However, I noticed quickly and informed the staff, who then brought out the extras. Swaneset is a bit pricey, but it wasn't too bad in the off-season. The beauty of this venue is worth the price overall!
