Facilities and capacity
The facilities found at this wedding banquet hall venue include indoor and outdoor spaces which are ideal for small to mid sized weddings. Their Gazebo and Arbour have a capacity for up to 130 guests for an outdoor ceremony. The clubhouse includes the Tamarac Room which can accommodate up to 150 guests and the Pines Room can accommodate smaller wedding receptions of up to 50 seated guests.

Amazing experience
They were unbelievable the events manager was on top of everything set and up and took down all decorations. Stayed up until all the planned events of the evening was complete. Good was amazing and plenty of room. The outdoor gazebo was gorgeous for an outdoor wedding

Accommodating, Friendly and Fun
After adjusting our date 2x we were finally able to get married at this beautiful location. Julie was the main reason we chose this venue as I could get a hold of her any day and she responded immediately. Everything for the reception was set up for me just the way I wanted it with one email and dropping everything off 2 days prior. It was so easy as I knew she world take care of it and that she did!

Wedding Sept. 2019
Booked with Springfield for our September 2019 wedding. They had the exact date we wanted, even though it was only 9 months away. The outdoor ceremony space is beautiful, the white gazebo with white chairs and archway to walk in under all comes with the venue, no need to book extra!
We got to work with Julie, the Banquet and Catering Manager. She is the main reason we chose Springfield as our venue, her customer service at our initial meeting was so amazing, along with her great ideas and amazing sounding food we were in! We went with the plated premium dinner and attended the tasting for the menu which was also amazing. Everyone at the wedding said their food was great (went with stuff chicken and prime rib) and they were extremely accommodating to dietary restrictions. The open bar at cocktail hour and after dinner went smoothly and was staffed very well. We were given access to the venue the day before at no extra charge to set up and go a rehearsal, which Julie also helped with which was amazing.
The day of all of the staff did an amazing job setting up the decor, their service standards are very high and it was the best day ever!
We can't thank Springfield enough for their hospitality and beautiful, affordable option for a wedding in our Region.

We cannot say enough great things about Springfield. Chad and all the staff went above and beyond for our wedding. The venue was beautiful and everything went exactly as planned. The food was absolutely incredible as well. We had a mishap with our florist and the staff at Springfield went out and got all new flowers and quickly put together centre pieces for us. They were absolutely amazing and did so much more for us then we could have possibly asked for!!
