Best venue EVER
There are absolutely NO words to help me convey what an amazing day our wedding was. All of our guests, ourselves and our parents were absolutely floored with the staff. The attention to detail and the service were unparalleled. Mahmoud was unbelievable. He kept everything running right on schedule. Gabriel, Mike and the rest of the bar staff kept the lines short and the service fast. The serving staff were so polite and so helpful - I did not hear a single criticism. Finally the food - all I heard all night was how amazing the food was. They have all surpassed our expectations by a mile - I cannot recommend OCC enough to others. Not to be bias since it was our wedding, but it was the best wedding I have every attended! Thank you so much!There are absolutely NO words to help me convey what an amazing day our wedding was. Great food and excellent service
I operate West End Jazz, a year around music event. Over the years we used many other venues. In every way the OCC is far above the others. We had our Wedding at LaSalle Banquet Centre. It was absolutely perfect. Superb experience!
Right from our initial contact with Antonio to our final good bye to our hostess for the evening, our experience was exceptional. Gorgeous facility and the service we received was absolutely first class all the way. Always make sure!
Very upsetting. Sent an email with yes, 100 and 1 questions, but did not want to pack up 2 toddlers and go for a tour just to find out it was not in our budget.
Took me 3 days to find out that to have our ceremony and reception in the same room it would be $900. Yes to some that might not be alot but when you only have $12,000.00 for your hole wedding that is the cost of flowers or the dress.

Bad communication.
We had a contract booked for last year for our wedding. And due to covid we postponed to this year. We emailed to tell them our new date and that was fine. However, they didn't have great communication which I understand due to covid everyone would be complaining. We got married last year with our parents, siblings and that's it. And we planned to do our big wedding this year. My husband sent an email this week asking for an update on our contract and we were told the venue is no longer leased under the company we booked our contract with so we no longer have a venue. Would they have told us any of this if we didn't email? Probably not. Deposit lost, venue lost, now we have to scramble to find a venue again. Ridiculousness
This venue cancelled on our meeting several times; one time for not having a generator and the rain caused an power outage. I wondered - "what if it had been the day of my wedding?? Would they have just had to cancel it?" Additionally, upon my trying to reschedule it, I reached out several times without success upon a representative FINALLY informed me that my wedding was not a priority because they were trying to figure out rescheduling old bookings due to COVID. I recognize and understand their position, but to simply disregard how important MY wedding is TO ME and to simply not respond and to simply not to make an effort to reschedule IS RIDICULOUSNESS.
I would strongly advise NO NEW BRIDE reaching out to this hall; they do not care about you and have already made my wedding planning incredibly stressful and, quite frankly, really sad.
Thank you for ruining the most important process of my life.

Amazing venue! Amazing staff!

Huge thank you goes out to Lisa and the entire OCC staff! From day 1 Lisa has gone above and beyond in helping make our dreams come true.
The venue itself is stunning and spacious. We were anticipating a 400 person wedding that quickly grew to 650 people! Lisa and staff were accommodating in every aspect the whole way through. The week leading up to the wedding Lisa must have spoken to me and my husband at least 1/2 dozen times each day! She never once complained, reassured us that all our requests would be met. Even on the day of; she assisted my cousins with rearranging seating arrangements without any questions!
Thank you to everyone at OCC for all their help! We had NO complaints from our guests; the food was great, the service was excellent, and most importantly; the shots were being poured!
Thank you for making our "Big Fat Polish Wedding" a huge success!

Greatly enjoyed my wedding here. Venue is spacious and very well lit with a beautiful patio/gazebo, but it is a little plain so decor is needed. The staff are friendly but not all on the same page. Different staff members would tell us different information. We had the buffet service and the food was good overall, but I wish we could have tried it out in advance.Greatly enjoyed my wedding here. First Class Service
My daughter recently got married at The Oakville Conference Centre in October. My daughter and her fiancé (at the time) lived out of provience, I was lucky enough to help plan the wedding. I had the pleasure working with Lisa Andrews. She was the person who provided my daughter and I with a tour last summer and I worked directly with her up until the big day! Lisa answered all my (many) questions along the way, she was so quick to respond to my emails with detailed answers. To be honest, I did not have to plan much! She made the planning process so easy!
On the day of the wedding, she was the first person we saw when we arrived at the venue. She always checked in to ensure we were on schedule and everything was running smoothly.
The banquet team was AMAZING! I felt like a queen and it wasn’t even my wedding! Our main contact on the day of was Mahmoud, he was phenomenal. Extremely attentive and took care of all my guests. We had antipasto platters and champagne waiting in the bridal suite. Such a great touch because we were starving!
The FOOD was amazing! Everything from the huge antipasto station to late night was flawless!!!!!
My guests are still raving about the service, food and venue!
