I have nothing but the most incredible things to say about the Oakville Conference Centre (OCC). They hosted our wedding on Saturday, July 26th, and the experience was truly flawless from beginning to end.
From the moment we began planning, the management team—especially Brittany—was outstanding. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and support made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. On the day of the wedding, the service staff were just as exceptional: warm, kind, and incredibly attentive. A special thank you to the service manager that evening—whoever you were—your responsiveness and willingness to assist with even the smallest questions did not go unnoticed and was deeply appreciated.
Now for the food... chef’s kiss! Chef Shane is a true master of his craft. Every course was executed to perfection, and we received so many compliments from our guests. Speaking personally as the bride—I actually got to eat my meal, and it was absolutely delicious!
To anyone considering OCC as a wedding venue (or for any special occasion): don’t walk—run! You will not regret your decision. From the very start of planning to the big day, we always felt like a top priority, and that level of care made all the difference.
Thank you again to the entire OCC team. You were all truly remarkable, and we are so grateful for the part you played in making our day so special. -

Heba and her team went above and beyond to help us plan and host the best wedding ever! I can't thank them enough for the amazing service they provided, not just on the day of, but all of the days leading upto the wedding. I can say I was very much of a stress-free bride thanks to the team at OCC.
Oh and the food! Compliments to the chef and his team as well. All of my guests loved their choices- we had a lot of dietary restrictions and they took care of each and every one of my guests. And highly highly recommend the poutine and the seafood choice for midnight table. It was so good. I have nothing but good to say about this venue. Heba, Thank you again and again for making our wedding a night to remember. -

We had our Wedding at LaSalle Banquet Centre. It was absolutely perfect. Venue is beautiful, food was impeccable, staff are hilarious, fun and so thoughtful. 5 stars all day long -

I operate West End Jazz, a year around music event. Over the years we used many other venues. In every way the OCC is far above the others. Thanks for the great service. -

We had a contract booked for last year for our wedding. And due to covid we postponed to this year. We emailed to tell them our new date and that was fine. However, they didn't have great communication which I understand due to covid everyone would be complaining. We got married last year with our parents, siblings and that's it. And we planned to do our big wedding this year. My husband sent an email this week asking for an update on our contract and we were told the venue is no longer leased under the company we booked our contract with so we no longer have a venue. Would they have told us any of this if we didn't email? Probably not. Deposit lost, venue lost, now we have to scramble to find a venue again. Would not recommend. -

This venue cancelled on our meeting several times; one time for not having a generator and the rain caused an power outage. I wondered - "what if it had been the day of my wedding?? Would they have just had to cancel it?" Additionally, upon my trying to reschedule it, I reached out several times without success upon a representative FINALLY informed me that my wedding was not a priority because they were trying to figure out rescheduling old bookings due to COVID. I recognize and understand their position, but to simply disregard how important MY wedding is TO ME and to simply not respond and to simply not to make an effort to reschedule IS RIDICULOUSNESS.
I would strongly advise NO NEW BRIDE reaching out to this hall; they do not care about you and have already made my wedding planning incredibly stressful and, quite frankly, really sad.
Thank you for ruining the most important process of my life.

Very upsetting. Sent an email with yes, 100 and 1 questions, but did not want to pack up 2 toddlers and go for a tour just to find out it was not in our budget.
Took me 3 days to find out that to have our ceremony and reception in the same room it would be $900. Yes to some that might not be alot but when you only have $12,000.00 for your hole wedding that is the cost of flowers or the dress.
I would have loved to have my wedding there but never believed what they say on this app.
