Hi Charlene, the wedding night was truly amazing.

All segments of the event flowed seamlessly. The ceremony with officiant Patrick, the photographer Sherri, the flowers - Lisa, the ceremony room décor was amazing and the DJ definitely had the read of the room all night.
Please pass on our compliments to the room Captain “Heera” and serving staff. Nothing was left to chance, the room and guests were continually served and looked after. The food was fantastic. Everyone was great.

Above and beyond
My son and his wife got married late summer at Newlands. The Fairmont ballroom was transformed beyond our wildest expectations. Charlene was Bryce and mackenzie's coordinator, she was friendly and easy to work with. Lisa and the design studio, come on people, she's next level, the best of the best! Bryce and Mackenzie were blown away with the beautiful decor and florals and our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was. Heera was The banquet captain, his professionalism and attention to detail was top-notch. The food was amazing and the DJ kept our guest dancing the night away! It is also important for us to give a huge shout out to Judy, she has a special way about her and we will forever be grateful for her showering us with her kindness. It is a parent's dream to be able to host a wedding for their children that will leave a lasting impression, and with the help of everyone at Newlands, we will hold near and dear to our heart the beautiful memories made. I speak on behalf of Bryce and Mackenzie, her family and ours. Thank you for the bottom of our hearts.

Amazing experience
My wife and I got married at Newlands in the Conservatory Ballroom almost 30 years ago, my brother got married at Newlands in the Copper Ballroom 17 years ago, and my daughter got married at Newlands in the Cypress Ballroom last weekend.
For my daughter's wedding, multiple guests said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. Our coordinator Charlene was excellent, keeping us on track and being very responsive to questions. On the day, our room captain Gustavo was super amazing and professional, and he even helped us carry the gifts to our car at the end. The photographer was also very good and everyone loved working with her. The DJ was practically invisible in that everything just worked without a single hiccup. The room and the decorations and the flowers were beautiful. I'd attach some pictures but they don't really do it justice, since the camera adjusts the lighting and it looks very different than it did in person.
We had both the ceremony and the reception there, as well as the rehearsal dinner the previous night. It was great to have the lounge upstairs for people to relax in between the ceremony and reception. The rehearsal dinner on Friday night was an especially pleasant surprise thanks to the live music and lots of people dancing adding to the overall party-like atmosphere.
Thank you Newlands for a magical and unforgettable night.

Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect… from food, decorations to flowers and cake . Everyone was amazing and handled our wedding with love . I was heard every step of the way and I loved it . The ladies who helped with decorations and color scheme was absolutely amazing , DJ Linda and Tristan what more can I say other than grateful ❤️ and Charlene thank you for every detail , convo and pictures sent , you are wonderful…Food was yummy, bartender was funny and great . If you are looking for an amazing wedding venue look no further!
If you are looking for an amazing wedding venue look no further! Newlands is beyond incredible and we are so so happy we decide to book with them. Special mention to Michelle Lana in photography, Lisa in the design studio, Linda the DJ coordinator and Jessalyn/Charlene as our coordinator. You all made this experience incredible and such a dream day we will never forget. They are all so helpful and kind and truly know what they’re doing! There are so many choices of ballrooms to fit everyone’s needs. During our design appointment we didn’t feel pressured or tricked into paying outside of our budget and everything was explained so clearly. We found Newlands after being extremely disappointed by another venue. We attended one of the ClubWed showcases and we were hocked! We’d highly recommend attending a showcase if you can to help see everything come to light before your eyes. We’ve heard so many horror stories of vendors ghosting couples or being difficult or charging crazy amounts and we became more and more glad we went with Newlands. Everything is under one roof and boy do they do it well. We cannot recommend them enough! Even better they have vendors they work with and recommend which makes the search for additional vendors so much smoother and more trustworthy. The food was delicious, the cake was even better than we imagined, the decor was perfect and the photography was breathtaking. We couldn’t be happier and more pleased. Thank you Newlands for making our dreams come true and helping us have the wedding of our dreams

Fairmont Ballroom
We had our wedding at Newlands Golf Course in the Fairmont Ballroom, and it was a wonderful experience! Their packages cover so many details, making the planning process so much easier. Despite the atmospheric river, our day ran smoothly, thanks to the team's incredible organization.
The venue’s team and partners were fantastic to work with, and the food and cake were a hit with our guests.
They host multiple weddings, which can limit flexibility and access to parts of the venue. However, we appreciated their accommodation in allowing us early access to the ballroom for family photos.
Overall, we highly recommend Newlands!

Amazing!
Newlands staff was amazing throughout the whole wedding prep process! I loved how they were able to organize everything for you and then my husband and I can just input our ideas and wants into our wedding. They were very accommodating, as many of you know, how stressful it is to plan and things change instantly. They really brought our vision to life on how we wanted our wedding to be!! I can't say thank you enough to the newlands team!!! Honestly I wish i could have taken some photos of the event but I was in the moment :)

Amazing!!!
Newlands was amazing host for our wedding. In a span of a month with their help we were able to host such a beautiful wedding for a very good price. I honestly can’t imagine doing a wedding anywhere else. Their organization, commitment and professionalism was honestly out of this world. Their staff were so polite and amazing, and our room Captain Paul was amazing and so kind. I can’t speak anymore highly of this place just great.

Amazing Fall Wedding!
I’m beyond happy we decided to go with Newlands! From our very first meeting I was sold because of the complete offering of vendors and services not to mention the amazing professionalism.
I was impressed by the buffet offering, the custom cake, and all the vendors they offer and that was just the beginning.
This venue keeps in touch, reaching out to you every step of the way. All you have to do is tell them what you want and they do the rest!
I didn’t need a wedding planner, a huge savings, because I had a wedding coordinator plus points of contact for photography and videography, floral and decor, music and DJ services, everything you could imagine.
They were all so friendly and helpful, answering my many emails and accommodating changes.
All I had to do was share my vision and some inspiration pictures and they pulled it all together beautifully!
Our wedding went off without a hiccup and everything was so beautiful and exactly how I dreamed it would look and feel.
Newlands is by far the best value for the money, with everything included, we were able to stretch our budget for a fully customized design and extra time for our photographer (they have multiple to choose from, so you can get the style and feel you want) and videographer.
They helped with our day of timeline and provided templates for the MC schedule, music selections, etc, which all helped when I wasn’t sure what to do. We got a complimentary engagement shoot as part of the wedding package and were able to attend events at the venue like the wedding showcase where we could see decor and vendors as well as a menu tasting.
Thank you so much to the entire team at Newlands, especially Charlene, Jessalyn, Sherri, Linda, Lisa and our amazing photographer Laura, you guys are a dream team and you gave us the most perfect and beautiful wedding!!!

Best experience!!!!
I could not say enough good things about Newlands. Jessalyn was the best coordinator we could have asked for, she was so responsive and was so so helpful on the day. We had the best experience, from the pre-wedding details meetings, the rehearsal, to the actual day they made everything easy from start to finish. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful, the decor and flowers were amazing.
