    Perfect wedding venue

    Our wedding was a dream thanks to the MCC. They went above and beyond all of our expectations. Antonio, Connie, Melissa Daniel and the rest of the staff were exceptional! No better place to get married

    Great overall experience, GREAT sales people - some downfalls

    We booked MCC for our wedding and we were SO excited at all they had to offer. The staff including Cliff Silvera and the wait staff were phenomenal. The food tasted great and the head waiter was SO helpful. We had tons of leftovers given to us which I donated to families in need which was lovely of them to give to me. The in house decor we purchased was AMAZING.

    Better coordination between ceremony and reception (cocktail hour) would be helpful but they opened the hall doors early for my guests who were going to leave due to the light space for cocktail hour.

    A few down sides:

    Unfortunately once we booked I found emails weren't being returned and I had one of the coordinators tell me it's because they aren't even LOOKING at our file until a couple weeks before our wedding. That didn't really give us tons of organization time but I was persistent and got answers.

    They gave us a complimentary photo booth which emailed the pictures to your guests - but they never updated it so it went out to EVERYONE with "thanks from Katherine & Parkram" which IS NOT US. That part was very embarrassing for me.

    We were promised Bud Light (and lots of it) since the majority of our guests drink this. We confirmed all before the wedding and we got there to 1 case. Luckily my mother asked them to go get more before the beer store closed which was helpful.

    Best Wedding Reception Around!

    Amazing food and service! My guests never had a wedding with such delicious food, I'll never hear the end of it!!! Very accommodating and the staff is very professional.

    Horrible Experience -- Will never recommend or return

    Before booking the venue for our wedding, the customer service was top tier. As soon as we signed the contract and paid the first deposit, the responsiveness and politeness disappeared and we were treated poorly. They have demanded several unreasonable things (ie. calling us at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon demanding a certified cheque to be delivered to them within 24 hours despite we will have difficulty certifying a cheque and delivering it to the property as we live 3 hours away). We dropped off items for their staff to set up before the function (this was a feature mentioned in our contract), and when my family arrived, nothing had been set up and the staff was completely unaware of anything. The staff was extremely slow and stupid, serving dinner, appetizers, and desserts all at the wrong times. They even allowed their incredibly stupid staff to open the doors for grand entrances at the wrong time (despite us giving detailed instructions). Michelle, Beverly, and all the rest of the staff we encountered were unhelpful, rude, and unprofessional. To anyone thinking of hosting an incredibly special wedding, look elsewhere.

We pride ourselves in our service standards and quality of customer service experience and your event should not have been an exception. Our goal is the total satisfaction of our customers and to provide each couple with a positive experience on their special day – as was the case for your Sister’s Wedding in July of 2019. Your happiness is our number one priority. We understand your frustrations and are addressing each concern with the appropriate teams.
    We are glad that we found an alternate solution regarding your payment that satisfied both parties. Had we been aware of your situation and travel time issues prior, we may have come up with a solution before the week the event.
    Your items should have been set up before your arrival. You are correct that this is a service that we provide. There was a miscommunication between the staff receiving the items and the staff responsible for set up. This was an oversight on our behalf.
    We have a wonderful team of highly regarded industry professionals and service staff. We apologize if your itinerary was not followed exactly as expected. As you can appreciate, sometimes at the excitement of a special function such as a wedding – speeches and dances run a little over schedule which does push back service time.
    We hope you will give us another chance in the future to prove ourselves so that you can have the kind of experience that we are known for.     Good Venue and Service

    Overall, we had a good experience with Mississauga Convention Centre. Their quality of service was great and done in a timely manner. Although, we did take issue with one of the sales reps (Antonio Graca) who initially agreed to include a complementary dessert in the event menu from behalf of Mississauga Convention but backed out of the agreement last minute, after several confirmations that this would indeed be provided. He instead said that he only agreed to the point of serving the dessert and that the dessert would need to be provided by us. Please don't agree to something if you can't deliver it, or at least be clear on what you will deliver. Thanks

    Underimpressed

    During our first meeting everything sounded great. When we came back all of a sudden we weren't getting what we were told because apparently we misunderstood what was said. Then we were promised a premium bar all my husband wanted was black label ...were told it would be stocked. Come our wedding night and there is none not even 1 bottle. Wine on the tables were never replenished even though they are suppose to be. The food was very good but the lack of liquor that we paid for was unfair and ridiculous...they even ran out of certain liqour...we were a small group less than 120 so this was more frustrating.
