Here in Nova Scotia, we are known for our love of a good party, with plenty of food, drink, music, dancing and "sociable" conversation. I've actually been part of bringing that warm Maritimes hospitality to Fox Harb'r and facilitating major resort events since before this oceanside landmark was even fully built.
One thing I've learned about weddings while helping make a hundred of them happen is that information, organization and planning things down to the smallest detail really help beforehand. Things may change. But knowing approximate numbers, like guest count and budget priorities, allows wedding vendors to tailor your event to you, right from the start.
Then, on the big day, it's time to let go and relax. Leave things to experts like me and the Fox Harb'r team. Enjoy the magic and all those unexpected moments that make the best memories.
One pro tip would be to invest in a day-of wedding coordinator. Having a dedicated pro on board allows you both to truly enjoy every moment of the day and all your guests, without you, your wedding party or family being distracted by last-minute questions and tasks.
In the meantime, enjoy the wedding planning process. And if East Coast, low-key luxury and a ceremony by the sea speak to you, be sure to get in touch. I'd love to share some Fox Harb'r wedding magic with you.
