Ascott Parc Event Centre is a Vaughan-based company that specializes in providing a first class setting for hosting weddings and other special events. With several event spaces and a lovely parkside backdrop, your special day will be celebrated in great facilities, alongside attentive staff that offers personalized service with top amenities. Facilities and capacity
This event centre offers soon-to-be-married couples fantastic facilities for your big day. These include 6 event spaces 4 indoor and 2 outdoor. Which are the Trillium (300 seated guests), Park View (140 guests), Windsor (60 guests) and Imperial (550 guests). Our breath taking outdoor spaces are Garden tent (100 guests) and our Conservation Green House. They all include a coat check, washrooms, bars, kitchens, VIP suite and great views of the surrounding areas.

This venue offers couples the chance to celebrate both their ceremony and reception in the same location. They offer winter and Friday weddings, and the latter typically includes services such as set up & clean up, catering/bar and event planning.
Cuisine
The Friday Wedding Package also includes a premium select bar with your favourite drinks and an hour long cocktail reception with hot & cold hors d'oeuvres. The reception dinner includes a pasta dish, main entrée, dessert, late night stations and a walking tacos station.

Amazing to work with!
Working with Ascott(Raj + Praveen) was so easy and enjoyable to work with! Planning my wedding was very smooth because everything is included with no hidden fees(except for decor and entertainment services). We had our event during off peak season so they were very accommodating and flexible with our requests, we were even fortunate to be upgraded to the Imperial Room for the same pricing as the Trillium Room. Their space was clean, open and contemporary so it suited our simple, minimal vision and a private large terrace was a huge plus for us!
Raj and Praveen was very personable and had good intentions with servicing us, allowing us to host an amazing wedding for us and our guests

We couldn`t have asked for a better venue for our wedding. The gazebo was so perfect for our wedding ceremony, and everything was absolutely stunning with beautiful grounds and charming atmosphere.
The staffs were incredibly helpful and accommodating, helped make the planning process a breeze. Our guests loved the space and we couldn`t be happier with our choice.

Excellent!!!
Ascott Parc was so amazing for our wedding, Melanie and Sanath were absolutely a pleasure to work with they were very responsive and had great communication. Melanie did everything she could to help us make our dreams a reality, she was very accommodating and flexible to what we wanted. Our day ran smooth with Kai as our day of coordinator, we had no glitches or bumps along the way and we’re able to completely enjoy every moment without worry.I would give them 12 stars if I could!
