History

Built by the Masonic Lodge of Victoria in 1994, Ashlar Manor was a banquet venue. In 2002 it was acquired the popular restaurateur Mr. Dominique Chapheau. In 2012 the owner of Island Gourmet Catering, French chef Guy Le Monnier, acquired the business and currently operates the business.
