The management and staff at Spencer’s were top notch. We had an 80 guest wedding at this venue in January 2024 and it was so beautiful! The preferred vendors were invaluable as it took all the vetting out of our process. Leading up to the wedding the tasting event was so good and really well organized! The actual ceremony and reception was seemless as the concierge and management made sure everything went off just as planned. You can rest assured that if you choose this venue you will be well taken care of as these folks really know how to a wedding! Elegant, sophisticated and so memorable. -

Thank you Spencer's for helping us have a perfect wedding! Besides the stunning glass observatory being a key factor in our decision, Spencer's also included many extras that I did not realize wasn't the norm for weddings. We were super thankful to take the extra stressors out of wedding planning with things like chairs and linens, and even the officiant!
I was blown away by the Spencer's team on the day of! They were so quick and helpful with set up, switching from ceremony to reception, and their attentiveness during dinner was incredible. The food was amazing, the venue is beautiful, and the team is really productive. We had such a wonderful time with our loved ones.
Huge shoutout to my lovely event coordinator Marian, who stuck by me throughout the whole year during the planning process. I am so thankful to have had a kind and friendly face by my side. Highly recommend hosting your wedding with Spencer's! -

The Perfect Wedding Venue
We had an amazing wedding and reception at Spencer's. We had a fusion wedding with a Hindu ceremony and they were so supportive and helpful in embracing and executing our vision for a fusion event.
Most importantly, we cannot thank Paige, Marian, and the team enough for making our day so memorable and for going above and beyond. All of the staff were so professional from initial planning, right through to service the night of our wedding. A special shout out to Ben, Maddy and Brittney who were instrumental in making our day run smoothly and taking such good care of us and our families throughout the day, by adding thoughtful extras and always checking in on us.
We received so many compliments from guests on the exceptional level of service, the delicious food, and overall how beautiful the space is. We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at Spencer's, they truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect!Spencer's at The Waterfront's reply:

A Dreamy Wedding Reception at Spencer's At The Waterfront
We had our wedding reception at Spencer's At The Waterfront on August 12, 2023, and we are still in awe of the magical experience we had. From the moment we stepped into the venue back in 2022, we knew we had chosen the perfect place to celebrate our special day.
First and foremost, the location of Spencer's is absolutely breathtaking. The panoramic view of Lake Ontario provided a stunning backdrop that made our wedding feel like a scene from a fairytale. The romantic ambiance created by the sun reflecting on the water left our guests and us speechless. It was a sight to behold and undoubtedly set the tone for a night filled with love and joy.
One of the standout features of Spencer's At The Waterfront was the impeccable service provided by the servers and staff. Their professionalism and attention to detail were remarkable. Every request was met with a smile, and our guests were treated with the utmost care and respect. The entire team worked seamlessly to ensure that everyone felt comfortable and had everything they needed throughout the evening.
We owe a huge debt of gratitude to Marian Clark, the special events consultant at Spencer's. Marian's dedication and expertise were evident in every aspect of our wedding. From the early planning stages to the execution of the reception, Marian was there for us every step of the way. She thought of every detail and made sure that nothing was overlooked. Her organizational skills, creativity, and ability to handle any situation that arose made our experience stress-free and enjoyable. We can genuinely say that our wedding would not have been as perfect as it was without Marian's guidance and support.
We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to John, the manager of the venue. His warm and welcoming demeanor made every visit to Spencer's feel like we were VIP guests. He went above and beyond to make us feel loved and special, and his genuine care for our happiness was evident in every interaction.
In conclusion, Spencer's At The Waterfront provided us with a wedding reception beyond our wildest dreams. The combination of the stunning venue, the professionalism of the staff, and the exceptional guidance from Marian and John created an unforgettable experience for us and our guests.
