Almost two years ago, we booked this venue mainly due to the amazing esthetics and location near our NW family. We were excited, but a few months after we booked, we started having second thoughts as we heard some testimonies that in prior events people had issues with service, communication and contracts. To make matters worse, we were then notified that the event manager at the time that we really liked, Adam, was going to be replaced by a new event manager, Sherri.

Three days ago, we had our wedding at F&P and after going through the entire process, I can honestly say that choosing F&P as our venue was the best vendor decision that we made. Whatever prior issues or concerns people were having at F&P, it's safe to say that everything has been corrected.

The venue was gorgeous, our guests loved the food (buffet), the presentation of the food was impressive, the staff was incredibly friendly and there were no surprises or disputes from us on the final bill.

As for Sherri, she turned out to be incredibly valuable to our wedding experience. I can't emphasize how important she was, especially when it came down to the wire. She communicates well, is flexible, and was very responsive through all means (text, email and direct calls). She went above and beyond to accommodate for our wedding. As an example, I once accidently called her on her day off and she still picked up to answer all my questions.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Flores & Pine, and we were pleased with the overall service. We had initially worked with a different event coordinator, Adam, and he was very professional, personable and responsive in getting back to us with inquiries and the overall planning. Our new event coordinator took over about 2 months before our reception and she was cordial but could be more personable. However, we understood the transition period might of been an adjustment, but would suggest some attention to details and personability may increase future couples' hiring decision. Kathryn, who assisted us on the day of event was very helpful, patience and kind. At the end of the day, our reception was everything we had asked for. The Estate Room is absolutely beautiful and requires very minimal decor as the venue was already so aesthetically pretty. Pastry Chef Zak, did an amazing job on our wedding cake, and we were overall pleased with the outcome. Our servers were so kind and attentive - we really appreciated every single one of them.

I booked flores and pine last year for a February 2023 wedding. Because it was off season they waved the reception fee and only had a minimum food and beverage spend which was awesome! A few weeks ago they asked me for my credit card information so they could charge the reception fee as well ad the remainder of the minimum spend. I told them they had waived it last year. They basically told me they had new management and if I could prove they waived it with my original contract they would honor it. Why didn't they have the original contract??.. by that point we were really turned off.

They also take WEEKS to respond to simple questions. I never felt taken care of working with this venue. They were quick in the beginning of signing the contract and then the communication went to zero. We backed out of our contract last month as we did not feel taken care of at all. And because of the misscommunication with the contract we were scared to wake up the day after our wedding with a bill way out of our original budget.

Beautiful venue but in the end not worth it at all for the stress.

Christina from Flores & Pine was incredible. She and her team went above and beyond to make the day special, such as decorating the seating charts, sprinkling flower petals on the patio for the ceremony, setting up and decorating the welcome table, and decorating the dining tables with greenery and linens. We really couldn't have done it without her coordinating everything. It was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the whole day ran smoothly. Thank you Flores & Pine!

We signed a contract and paid a deposit to have our wedding at the estate (Ridge Meadows) managed by Flores and Pine. We proceeded with planning and booked other vendors for our wedding day. Unbeknownst to us, they accepted our money and signed our contract without licensing for the property. We were informed of this “mistake” and pressured to re-sign a contract that would more than triple our wedding expenses and completely changed the conditions of our original contract. We went months with inadequate, unprofessional communication from management and panic trying to find another venue available for our wedding date. In the months of trying to find a solution, every aspect of our wedding was put on hold. We were faced with losing thousands in other contracts if we weren’t able to find another venue for our date

Finally Mahyar, the owner, got involved and was able to offer a solution that satisfied only half of our original contract. Despite Mahyar’s genuine concern for our event and professionalism, we felt wary of the management at Flores and Pine. We knew the stress they put us under would only continue up until our wedding day. If they breached our contract once, they would do it again without concern for our interest.

There is no doubt that Ridge Meadows is a beautiful venue and we are incredibly disappointed with the way we were treated. It would be nice to see the estate ran by a more competent team.

Flores and Pine is a gorgeous venue. We had our ceremony on the patio and our reception in the Estate Room. We kept our decor super simple as the venue is already so beautiful on its own! Our dinner was phenomenal and the service was so great! You wont regret having your wedding here!!

What makes a lovely wedding even more lovely? The perfect venue. We chose F&P becuase it had everything we wanted for our reception, plus, it was a place no one we knew had been to for a wedding before. The Estate Room was able to accommodate 110 people, but of course with the pandemic, we were capped at 50. We understood that there were rules in place; however, they did everything to make it an incredible wedding. From the set-up to the bestest staff ever, they were beyond fantastic. Not only that, but the food and beverages were a huge hit. They had an extensive menu that were able to customize and were quite open to our requests. We wanted to have an open bar for Cocktail Hour and set a price limit. We didn't even come close to the limit set, so we pretty much kept the tab open for the whole evening. In terms of food, we chose a bistro box (it was a plate with 3 different bites), scallop starter, and the 10oz steak main (all our guets agreed one of the most delicious steaks they've ever had). They made dietary changes to those who were Vegan, allergic, not a fan of medium steak, etc... SInce the room is already stunning, we had minimal decor which honestly, simple goes a long way here. The bridal suite was a great addition to our day as we were able to use it from 9:30am until the end of the night. The photos in the space were absolutely lovely and it helped for everyone to get ready, refresh or relax at any point of the evening. They kept us hydrated with water and delicious cocktails, but also stocked the room with hand sanitizer. We were extremely taken care of the whole day, and though it started a little rough (no one was there at 9:30am to let us in due to a slight communication issue and the bridal suite was not the cleanest), they quickly turned it around and everything was brilliant. We recommend F&P for weddings as you will not be disappointed; my husband and I are very meticulous and perfectionists, so trust that when we say they are incredible, they truly are and we highly recommend!

Flores & Pine is a beautiful venue but my fiance and I had to switch to a different venue after a frustrating experience.

We were excited to have a date on hold for 2021, but when we received the contract we found it to have been unprofessionally prepared, both in terms of the general conditions of the contract, and information specific to our event. The lack of professionalism and responsiveness in terms of get clarification on the contract left us feeling frustrated and wondering if management of our wedding was in good hands. Perhaps, our experience was due to the apparent frequent employee turnover at Flores & Pine as we had 3 contact people within a very short time.

It is certainly a beautiful property and I hope these issues get ironed out for other couples.

My husband and I cannot recommend Flores & Pine more highly. When our destination wedding had to be canceled due to COVID, we were incredibly sad and disappointed. We found Flores & Pine and ended up having the most beautiful wedding. With roughly 3 weeks of planning, we somehow ended up with our dream wedding. The Flores & Pine team truly went above and beyond in helping us plan a small, intimate, beautiful wedding. The venue itself is insanely beautiful, every detail perfect. We had the ceremony on the patio in front of the stunning fireplace and then a small reception in the Estate Room. The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready and made for some amazing photos. The food was incredible. We had the perfect day. I truly cannot believe we got to have such a beautiful day and feel so incredibly grateful to the team at Flores & Pine. Thank you!
