Wow - my wife and I could not have imagined a better wedding. From start to finish, Cambridge Mill (and Amie Banks) made the wedding planning process so easy but more importantly delivered huge on our wedding day! Here are a few areas we wanted to comment on:
FOOD:
Hands down one of the best wedding meals we’ve ever had—our guests are still talking about it. We had just come back from another wedding on February 14, and the food there left us a little underwhelmed. But this? Absolutely phenomenal. Special shoutout to the fried chicken canapés—fan favourite by a mile!
DRINKS:
We chose a rum mojito as our signature cocktail and it was a total hit. The bartender absolutely crushed it—those mojitos were flying off the bar all night. Crowd pleaser through and through!
CEREMONY:
The ceremony space was simply stunning. Huge kudos to Jordan for letting us take extra photos inside (it was freezing outside!). There was no event after ours, and they generously let us linger for more shots—a small gesture that made a big difference. Forever grateful!
DJ:
We went with DJ Vinyl (preferred vendor), and wow—amazing. DJ Andrew kept the energy up all night, and their setup was seamless. From music to photo booth to lighting, everything was on point. Their website made planning super easy too. Easily the best value vendor we had.
REHEARSAL DINNER:
The food at our rehearsal dinner blew everyone away. There was so much of it, people were full before the mains even arrived! We had 19 guests and every single person was raving. The 10 complimentary meals were a huge bonus, and the space doubled beautifully for our Tea Ceremony. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening.
FAVOURITE MEMORY:
For me, the standout moment was seeing Ally at the altar for the first time. We skipped the first look, and I’m so glad we did. The music, the doorway, that moment—it hit hard. If you’re unsure about when to do the first look, I promise: that walk down the aisle is a memory you’ll never forget. -

Had an Amazing Time!
Right from the beginning of wedding venue hunting, we found the Cambridge Mill. We live a little far, but once we saw the venue and met some of the team, we knew it was where we wanted to have our special day. The ceremony space is absolutely gorgeous, and the reception space was just the vibe we were going for. We're so glad we chose this venue. They were so attentive the entire planning process. Dalton was our contact, and every e-mail, phone call, and in-person meeting was worry free. Day of, Cassie was there for us every step of the way, as well as she made sure we were comfortable during our rehearsal. We would 100% recommend this venue, and Pearle Weddings as a whole! -

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything was just perfect, they took care of us and our guests sooo wonderfully, we had soooo much fun and they made everything stress free. Carlos and MC were absolutely fabulous, I can’t say enough nice things. The venue itself is so beautiful all in its own, we went with a simple decor scheme because you really don’t need much! They made every detail perfect and were so wonderful to work with. The food was unbelievable and every single option was amazing. Huge bonus that guests could choose their food option once seated instead of having to manage it as part of the rsvp. HUGE shoutout to Carlos and MC for making our wedding so so special and soooo much fun!!! -

We had a wonderful experience with Cambridge Mill. Our sales consultant, Dalton, was so friendly and informative right off the bat. He offered reasonable solutions to work with our budget. The venue is so beautiful (especially the ceremony building), and we chose the Falls Room for our reception. Dalton and the information team were easy to communicate with during the planning process. The food is delicious, and the menu tasting is such a fun experience. Cambridge Mill also assigns a concierge and maitre d' for your wedding day, and we had the pleasure of working with Jordan and MC. Jordan had a wonderful energy and helped us with literally everything and anything on our big day! MC offered great insight during our menu tasting and helped everything run smoothly in the kitchen on our wedding day. Both were extremely competent and pleasant to work with, and we felt very taken care of by them and the Cambridge Mill team on our big day. All of the staff there were professional and offered great service. We're happy we chose Cambridge Mill! -

We made the best decision in picking The Cambridge Mill for our wedding venue. The venue was everything we could have hoped for. We wanted a venue that had beautiful features where we did not have to bring in an excess of decorations. The venue's beauty speaks for itself. The pavillion is a beautiful ceremony space, and truly the aspect we fell in love with. We are so grateful for all of the hard work and support that the staff at the Mill provided. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We will be returning to the Mill every year for our anniversary to keep the connection with the venue. -

We wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to our wedding consultant, Dalton Ferrell, and our wonderful Maitre De & Wedding coordinator, Jordan and Shay, for helping make our day truly special. Dalton was incredibly understanding and ensured that everything was perfectly set and ready to go. On the day of the wedding, Jordan and Shay were exceptional, they kept everything running smoothly, supported us throughout the day, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. The hospitality we received from Cambridge Mill exceeded all our expectations, and we had a stunning, memorable wedding thanks to their dedication and care. A special mention as well — the hors d'oeuvres were well thought out and the Steelhead Trout, see the braised beef with peppercorn sauce were outstanding! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this day unforgettable for us. 🩷 -

Choosing Cambridge Mill was one of the easiest and best decisions we made for our wedding. We initially fell in love with the stunning views and the fact that the venue was incredibly accommodating—even encouraging us to bring in Taco Bell appetizers to have alongside their own absolutely delicious, upscale food! This willingness to customize made us feel seen from the start.
What we couldn't have predicted was the truly exceptional level of service. Dalton was our contact during the planning process and was extremely communicative and supportive of us as international clients - as was Ethan on the team.
On the day of the wedding, event managers MC and Carlos knocked it out of the park. They provided service that was both excellent and profoundly personal:
MC is a total hero! While I was waiting to walk down the aisle on a chilly, windy day, she not only had two people grab umbrellas to shield me from the wind but also stood with me, chatting and joking until the ceremony started, calming my nerves instantly.
Carlos was relentlessly attentive to us as a couple. He always seemed to appear with a drink when we needed it, and during our golden hour photos, he even brought me a blanket to use in between shots!
Beyond the main contacts, every single member of the team—from the waitstaff to the bartenders—was top-notch, with a warm and professional vibe. Our fully gluten-free guest was blown away by the service and the delicious, high-quality alternatives provided. The food itself was a knockout and a huge compliment magnet from all our guests.
If you are looking for a venue with spectacular scenery, incredible food, and a staff dedicated to making your day feel effortless and personalized, do yourself a massive favor and book Cambridge Mill ASAP. You will not regret it! -

Most romantic wedding venue of my daughter’s dreams! 💜
Cambridge Mill brings the romance of Europe home with the picturesque ruins just across the street, balconies overlooking church spires and rushing water. Along with the spectacular scenery the staff make the entire day feel so seamless and special. As the mother of the bride I didn’t have to worry about anything and got to enjoy the day. The ceremony was beautiful and was impeccably smooth. -
