Karl Gregg has been a fixxture in Vancouver kitchens for over two decades. After serving his apprenticeship and furthering his education in culinary school, Karl took on a variety of leadership positions at Milestones and the Spectra Group where he helped to develop concepts and open kitchens like the Red Door Pan Asian Kitchen and others. Karl has never been afraid to go away from the crowd, and during his time he brought casual tapas to Granville St. at Whineos and was a leader in bringing great food to the underserved Railtown neighbourhood in opening. His consulting work has included menu development for restaurants as diverse as Gringo’s, Frankie’s Italian Kitchen, and the Galley Patio.
