Terrible quality and fit, even worse customer service
Poor quality suits and even worse customer service. Even a 1 star rating is too high. Had suits done for a wedding party, every piece of every suit did not fit (for the entire wedding party). Had the suits sent back for a remake - EPH did not bother to send anyone out to re-do measurements before remaking the suits. Apparently they assess the photos you send them and simply GUESS the alterations required and hope that it fits - according to them, this method is effective most of the time (seems unprofessional and certainly does not seem like they are actually producing custom fit products) Received the second suit which was an even worse fit than the original. Attempted to contact the company about the fit issues and did not receive a response for a few day days and at this point we did not have time to wait any longer as the wedding day was approaching so we went ahead with alterations. EPH refused to compensate the full cost of alterations and instead blamed the customer for going ahead with alterations without waiting for their response while ignoring the fact that the wedding day was around the corner (tailors were estimating the alterations to be done just 2 days before the wedding). Will not be recommending this company to anyone. You are better off purchasing a cheap suit off the rack and having it taken in by a tailor.

Great look, value, and quality
I used EPH for the suits at my wedding. They were professional, and gave great advice throughout the process as I wanted some assistance with style/colour/etc. Everything turned out flawless. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great quality, well fitting suit.

Very Stressful Experience
Our experience with EPH was unfortunately very below average... I'll explain below:
So we first heard about EPH at a bridal show and figured it would be a good idea get a tailor a suit from them for my wedding. So we emailed them and confirmed with a date and time and showed up for the appointment, only to find out we were not on the list and our slot was booked for someone else. Regardless, the tailor tried to make do with us and the other client, it was rather awkward but maybe that's how they do things? As the awkwardness intensifies in the room, their other client decided to just leave and come back at a later time, I'm not too sure what to think about that. We looked at some materials and then was recommended to come back a few months down the road as it was still 6 months away from the wedding.
So a few months later we booked another appointment again and showed up only to find out they overbooked again and we ended up waiting for an extra hour and a half in the lobby so the other clients can be sorted out. Regardless, at this point we were a little bit unimpressed by EPH, and start to question their ability to get organized. The tailor did apologize for the delay.
So we finally got measured up and was hoping to be sent a bill for the suit electronically a few days later, the bill did not arrive until 2.5 weeks later which delayed timing of it being made (as they require payment before they can proceed with the work). I had to email the tailor on 2 separate occasions to ask whether they're going to send me the bill at all.
So a few weeks later, the suit arrived within the expected time-frame but unfortunately upon trying it on, it was overall a horrible fit. The pants were especially bad, on the thigh area there were at least 2.5 inches of extra material, in addition to that, the jacket and the vest were really wide, there were at least another 1.5 inches of extra material on each side, finally the arm length was also a bit too long. Overall, the entire suit looked horrible and I seriously looked like I'm in a clown suit. I have to say, I was really disappointed. I understand that there's always some small margin of error even in tailored suits but I've never had it so off before, and I don't think I've lost weight over the last month to justify for the 2.5 inches lost in the thigh/pelvis area, all I can speculate is that there's some sort of mix up in the measurements.
In a rush to get it ready for my wedding in 2 weeks I had to go with a retired tailor that I can trust that would make the the massive alterations in a short time-frame (one-week), since this is a one-time personal favor thing, he was unable to provide me with a receipt and therefore I'm not eligible for a reimbursement from EPH. They were very nice about it and said they want to reimburse me as long as I can provide a receipt for their accounting department, but unfortunately we were never able to work something out because I don't have the paper work, even though I sent them pictures of the before and after of the alterations. Which I think its fair to an extent, but its just a big bummer and it added to the stress. They said they believed my claimed amount though, I guess that's nice?
At this point I'm just glad that I was able to fix the suit with the retired tailor, but the reimbursement will have to be counted as a lost for me. Based on the overall experience with EPH, I just cannot recommend them to anyone at this point. Its stressful enough to plan a wedding and they certainly added on to that stress for me. Even with some decent customer services I think they need to work on getting more organized overall and actually trying improve the quality of their tailoring, like as simple as getting the right measurements for their customers.... I have to say I will not be returning and I will probably go with local tailors I can trust for my next suit even though it may cost a little more for me...

Calgary showroom and management (Calvin) were amazing! We outfitted our groomsmen and two groomswomen with matching custom suits that looked and felt amazing. Many compliments on the suits and fit and fabrics.

Rude customer service. Took over two months to receive the suits we ordered. The suits arrived in a small box completely wrinkled. After the steaming the suits tried them on and found they were either way too large or way too small. Contacted the company to have new ones remade and didn't get a response for over a week. When we finally got the remade suits they did not fit either. We were told they would cover the entire tailor costs but when we received the etransfers only received $75.
