I was a long time EPH customer and friend of the group of friends that started this company. Recently I purchased a custom suit and overcoat over boxing week. As of today, June 8th 2026 I am still sitting with two terribly made custom suits. This company has changed from great to not great and I have to say I will never recommend them again. For the past 6 months the customer service has been cutting and pasting responses and hiding behind their processes and procedures for their "flawless fit guarantee." At this point I have been asked to wait one more month 3 times because they refuse to accommodate anything outside of what is convenient for them. If I could vote 0 stars I would have. It's super unfortunate because at one point they were fantastic and the suits were some of my favs. Today it is a different company, more expensive, lower quality and absolutely horrible and I mean the HORRIBLE customer service. I have had great experiences in the past but I have never spent this much money on something and had a company care less about making it right. -

My experience was decent. You would think for all the custom options you’re given that buttons would be something to pick. My suit was green and the fabric felt cheap, with the basic black buttons they give you just made it look even more cheap. It’s disappointing especially for it to be the suit I was married in. With the few times I had to be in the store. Majority of the staff was just standing around doing nothing while one guy was sweating like crazy trying to help 5 different customers with their fitting. I would’ve gone to indochino if there still was one in Winnipeg. -

This was for the Calgary location.
Ordered suits for groom and groom party. Custom lining was fun, price was good compared to others but had some issues.
Was a little hard to get a hold of them, not super responsive. One suit showed up and the jacket didn't fit, as in it was made for a child, but the rest was fine. They were able to get a new suit JUST in time for that groomsman. There was promise of embroidery on the inside for the groom's jacket for free and message was provided but it was missing. They said that they never made such a promise...so ensure you get it in writing! -

We loved working with Eph (Calgary) for my husband's suit! The tailor who helped us was friendly, efficient, and offered great tips and advice on customizing his suit. We loved all the customization options and love how his suit turned out. The free alterations were an added bonus! Highly recommend this company! -

I ordered 2 suits 2 pairs of pants and 2 shirts from EPH. I went to the fitting appointment yesterday and nothing was even close to fitting. The EPH employee agreed and said these items can’t be re altered. I have a wedding to attend this weekend. The employee said the owner would call me back. He never did. The next day I called customer service only of course to be told someone will call you back. Brutal experience and horrible customer service. Still no call back and I’m out a couple of thousand dollars. I don’t write reviews typically but I must write this one. -

I've been to EPH Apparel Winnipeg as both a groomsman and a groom and both experiences were extraordinary. Even with my wedding prep suffering endless complications due to the Covid-19 pandemic they have efficiently and effectively adapted along the way to make it all as easy as possible. Even with my wedding party being unusually complicated to begin with as it involves women's suits with skirt bottoms (try finding that elsewhere but EPH made it happen). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a suit and would tell any wedding party to look nowhere else. -

We got married over a year ago. My husband already had a custom suit from Eph and we just wanted to add a vest for him to wear at the wedding. They had his file, was able to create a beautiful piece, and did it all in a timely manner. Great customer service every time we visited, and the suit looks just as good as the day we got it.
