Willow Pond Lake Simcoe Cottage Estate

Lynn and Randy started this venture in 2002, originally calling it Willow Pond Country B&B. In 2010, the husband-and-wife sold the property and licensed the name Willow Pond to another one, where the two further pursued weddings in particular. After twelve years as B&B/Wedding event hosts, the two have arranged for weddings at venues with more than seven locations since 2013. Willow Pond Lake Simcoe Cottage Estate is one of the venues and is the perfect venue for many couples.

Facilities and capacity

The facility can hold a maximum of 200 guests and a minimum of 30 guests. This venue is on Lake Simcoe, giving you and your guests a wonderful view of the lake. A luxury cottage is included in the package with a minimum of three luxurious guest rooms and is perfect for overnight guests. Ceremonies are outside making the Lake your backdrop. A gorgeous tent for the Reception can be the backup spot for the Wedding Ceremony if necessary.

Services offered

Services are all-inclusive. Whether your party is an intimate, indoor reception or a large, upbeat, outdoor group, you will be taken care of. There are three wedding packages offered with your venue. The first one is the Venue Core Wedding Package, which includes the venue, rentals (for tent and furniture), catering, staff, décor, coordination, and setup.

There is also a Full Wedding Planning Package, which include a Wedding Coordinator for your caterer, officiant/minister, venue, staff, furniture rental, entertainment, florist, hairdresser, makeup artist, photographer, place cards, décor, and setup. The All-Inclusive/Elopement Venue Wedding Package includes the following:
