My husband and I were married at The Timber Barn last Friday and had the most wondeful day. I have worked in the wedding and event industry for over 10 years so needless to say I had high expectations. The team at Stella and Co. and the Timber Barn have been wondeful from day one of our planning. If you aer lucky enough to have Jenny as your coordinator rest assured your day will be perfect. She was always there when needed with a smile and genuine care. Jenny thank you for making our day flawless and being so lovely to work with.

The food and bar service were perfect and we would not change a single thing about the day. Thank you to the entire team.

I am sure every venue Stella does is amazing, but we chose the Timber barn for its looks and location. Easy walking distance from their hotel. Walking distance from some amazing locations for pictures. Inside was so beautiful we opted for minimal candles as decor as the venue was dazzling. Perfect spots for quiet areas and dancing. The staff were amazing and the inclusion of a day of coordination is the best best best best thing. Piper was fantastic, the staff always checked in on us and made sure we were good. They took so much stress from planning and left us with no stress at all.

We booked our wedding at The Timber barn for September 2026. The whole process with the stella team has been amazing. They are there to answer all of our questions, and have been a huge support. Saying yes to them for our venue was the easiest decision! We cannot wait to have our wedding at The Timber Barn!

We were married at The Timber Barn a couple of weeks ago and had the most wonderful experience. From our first tour of the venue, through the planning process, and the wedding day itself, everyone was professional and personal at the same time. Their attention to detail was amazing, all of the staff were so friendly and responsive, and the wedding was executed perfectly. There is nothing that we would change about our day or our experience & we are so happy that we decided to work with the Stella co. & have our wedding at TTB. Thank you everyone!

We had the best experience at the Timber barn, a personality of the Stella Collective in St. Jacob's, ON. Our wedding was November 26, 2023 and I really do think that the venue shines most in the colder moths. It’s cozy atmosphere with its perfect mix of modern and rustic made it a venue the required little decorating to truly shine. We were close to the venues maximum capacity for a sit down dinner reception and it still somehow didn’t feel packed but instead just a wonderful place to gather with our family and friends.

Our coordinator was Piper and she made the planning process a breeze. She was always quick to respond and was so easy to work with while planning our day. Any member of the Stella Collective team that we interacted with (or for that matter our guests interacted with) were very professional, kind, personable, and someone who wanted the day to go as smoothly as possible. It was appreciated by all and we received many compliments about our choice of venue.

Another thing we received a mountain of compliments on was was the food by Gilt Catering. To say it was exceptional is an understatement. It was by far the best food we had ever had at a wedding and to be able to be consistent with such a large group was impressive. They were also very accommodating to allergies and Piper (our coordinator) spoke to their chef directly to avoid anything that had an allergy ingredient.

If you’re thinking of booking the Timber Barn (or really any of the Stella Collective venues) for your big day, I could’t recommend them enough. At the end of the day it was the Stella Collective team that was so amazing to work with and who made us feel so special throughout the entire wedding planning process.

My husband and I got married at the Timber Barn on November 18, 2023 and we had the absolute best day of our lives! From the day we booked, the staff at the Stella Co. was incredibly helpful and kind. Our coordinator, Paige, was so sweet and helped us out so much in the days leading up and on the day of and answered all of our questions and made sure we were completely stress free!

Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the place was, how incredible our food was, and how fun of an atmosphere we had the whole day. During our dinner the staff was so attentive to my husband and I making sure we had enough to drink and eat, and there was even a plate of our passed canapes at our table that we didn't get a chance to try during cocktail hour!

I would give the Timber Barn, and the whole team at the Stella Collective, 10 stars if I could!

We had our reception at the timber barn and are still receiving so many compliments. It’s a beautiful space, we had about 80 guests and there’s was more then enough room but didn’t feel too big. Food was exceptional. “Best wedding food” is what I’ve been told by multiple guests. Piper and staff were so easy to work with they made our dream come true. We brought our deco they placed it and repacked it back up for the easiest clean up.

I would absolutely recommend this venue, in the beautiful town of st. Jacobs. The hotel options are super convenient as well.

We absolutely LOVED our special day at The Timber Barn. We had a beautiful Sunday brunch wedding which felt so intimate and perfect for us. The venue is absolutely gorgeous with so much detail to everything. We had an amazing Coordinator to guide us through the planning process and day of. All staff are so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and so many options available. Thank you for helping make our day so magical!

TTB was the perfect location for our wedding. The stunning views, exceptional service, and delicious catering made our day unforgettable. The staff @ Stella was attentive and accommodating, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

The Timber Barn was a dream come true.
We cannot imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The Stella team took amazing care of us from the point we went on the tour, right to the time we left the reception. There was so much love put into this venue, and into our day, I wish we could give a million stars. Our guests complimented every part of the day. We have such a soft spot for this place and so grateful for the entire staff.
People told us to be prepared if things go wrong, but this day was absolutely seamless. You will not be disappointed by this incredible group of people. We will always brag about the Timber Barn♥️
