My partner and I had our high tea wedding at the Windsor Arms in early August and we honestly could not be more happy with the entire planning process and event day. Our initial booking process was a bit rocky as it was with a different event coordinator but we were quickly paired up with Neah when she joined the team. Neah was superb. She was very prompt with all of our communications, never hesitated to answer my millions of questions, and made sure everything was done well and without worry. Even though we had a wedding planner, Neah was on the floor the day of the wedding with the Windsor Arms team to help ensure my wedding went off with a hitch. The event was executed so beautifully; the level of customer service and attention to detail by the entire team made booking with the Windsor Arms so worth it! I can't say enough good things about how happy I was with my choice to work with the Windsor Arms. Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous but your money definitely translates into a one of a kind experience!Windsor Arms Hotel's reply:

We couldn't have picked a better spot for our wedding! The Windsor Arms is an incredible hotel, but the staff are the ones who really made the night easy for us. Everything stayed on track, the food was absolutely delicious, and the whole night just had a really good energy. Our guests had a blast. If you're looking for a venue in the city that actually knows what they're doing, we’d definitely recommend the Windsor Arms Hotel! -

From start to finish, everything was handled with exceptional care, professionalism, and attention to detail. The space itself is absolutely stunning and created the most beautiful setting for our big day.
A special thank you to Neah, who was there for us every step of the way. Her support, organization, and calm presence made the entire planning process so much easier and more enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly.
The entire staff at the Windsor Arms were incredible, attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our day unforgettable. We felt so well taken care of throughout the entire experience.

We got married at the Windsor Arms and couldn’t be happier with our choice of venue. The hotel is superb with outstanding service, incredible food and beverages, and a staff that is both friendly and attentive. Whether as a wedding venue or simply a place to stay in Toronto, I can’t recommend the Windsor Arms highly enough. It’s truly exquisite! We also really enjoyed working with Michael and his team. He is incredibly responsive and professional. -

We felt welcomed from the day we walked into the hotel and met with Michael, and eventually also had the pleasure of working with Neah and Frances. We really appreciated their transparency, flexibility, and willingness to answer all our questions. In our experience, the wedding packages were very good value for the price, and did not include any surprises or hidden costs. They took care of almost everything for our reception (vs. having multiple vendors for the venue, food, tables and chair rental, etc.), which made planning a lot easier for us.
We worked the most closely with Frances and she made wedding planning such a positive and memorable experience. We felt confident and comfortable leading up to our wedding day, largely due to her skills, experience, ideas, and guidance. She also helped us resolve issues that came up unexpectedly right before our wedding. We loved working with her. Everything ran smoothly on our wedding day, and was organized and executed so well. They really took care of us and our guests, and we are so grateful. -

It was so amazing picking Windsor arms as our venue!!! We went for a visit and fell with how beautiful it was and it was exactly what we envisioned our wedding to be. We went with the Windsor package and it included almost everything we need, we had cocktail hour in the beautiful lounge, and reception and ceremony in the main courtyard! We stayed at the suite at night and it was the most amazing room I stayed in!! I love the level of details and also thank you Frances and team for making this happen!!! The food was so amazing my guests were still messaging me about it even after the wedding❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you again!!! -

We had the most enchanting wedding at this stunning venue, where every detail met our expectations. The day was a fairytale, with the venue's beauty enhanced by soft lighting and exquisite decorations. Wentworth, our assigned service valet ensured we had a glass of champagne/old fashion in hand throughout the night, making sure we had an unforgettable time. Additionally, the complimentary cake provided during the rehearsal was a delightful surprise, adding to the overall experience.
Neah, the venue coordinator, seamlessly worked with our wedding planner from rehearsal to the big day. Her professionalism and attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly.
On top of everything, the complimentary whiskey given to my husband on the wedding day was a thoughtful touch that he truly appreciated.
The collaborative efforts of all made our celebration perfect, and we couldn't be happier. We give them a resounding five-star review and would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a magical wedding experience. We'll forever cherish the memories and wish to relive the day again. -

Fantastic Wedding Reception - September 2023
Amazing venue, great food (especially the cocktail hours), and phenomenal speed of service to our guests. We had our wedding reception this September 2023 (120 guests, 13 tables), and this was a top of the line experience. Neah and the events team really took care of us. Bridal suite was also large and stunning. New chef and wait staff were on point! -
