The Hotel William Gray was absolutely perfect for our ceremony and reception! It is right in the heart of Old Montreal and having one of their terraces to use for our cocktail hour was a definite highlight. The staff that we worked with both leading up to our big day as well as on our wedding day were extremely professional and went above and beyond to make our wedding so special. The food served during the cocktail hour as well as during our dinner reception was amazing and we had nothing but great comments from our guests. Our coordinator at the hotel also did everything that we asked to set-up our reception room as we had detailed leading up to our wedding, including adding all of our personal touches to make our reception room more intimate. We loved being at a venue that was "all-inclusive" and that we didn't have to worry about renting anything or bringing in a caterer.
We would highly recommend the Hotel William Gray to any couples who are looking for a special venue in Old Montreal! -

The William Gray Hotel was an amazing venue to have our wedding at. Beautifully set in the middle of old Montreal, the inside and outside are just gorgeous. The staff were so attentive, flexible and really listened to our concerns. They really went above and beyond for us. My brother who is special needs wouldn’t have enjoyed the hors d’oeuvres we had so the staff went out and found onion rings for him, even though they don’t make onion rings! Really made us feel special.
I would get married all over again and have my wedding there a second time. -

Where can I start with the William Gray Hotel? Amazing service from the beginning to the very end, they were very professional, organized and flexible to help us make our day everything we could have hoped for. The food was DELICIOUS! All of our guests still talk about it, thank you much to all of the staff at William Gray, you are amazing! -

Extremely adaptable and flexible. Set up and day of attention were bar none. Food was incredible. Dawn and her entire team were more than we could have asked for through the entire process.
