The Peale Hotel was the perfect location for our wedding. From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the charming atmosphere and stunning lake views. We were immediately impressed with the hotel's hospitality, receiving complimentary accommodations and a warm welcome upon check-in. We upgraded to the spacious and beautifully appointed lake view suite and it provided a luxurious base for our wedding weekend. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even providing us with champagne and a congratulatory note, making us feel truly special. The wedding package, which included the officiant and take-home cookies, streamlined our planning process.
While the wedding coordinator, Isabelle, was incredibly sweet and provided valuable advice during our initial meetings, communication became less consistent after we signed the contract. A few promises made prior to signing were not fulfilled, creating minor bumps in our planning process. Though Isabelle likely has a busy schedule, her response times could be improved. However, it's important to note that the final wedding day was seamless, thanks to the exceptional support of the wedding concierge, Ashini.
Ashini was an absolute lifesaver throughout the day. Her calm demeanor and clear guidance at the rehearsal eased any pre-wedding jitters. During the wedding itself, she went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, providing constant support and ensuring we were well-fed and hydrated. Ashini's flexibility and keen sense of timing were invaluable, allowing us to enjoy every moment without a hitch. The wedding wouldn't have been the same without her dedication and professionalism. -

Perfect wedding on a perfect day :)
We had our dream wedding at the Pearle Hotel on May 31st. The day could not have gone any more perfect! From the hotel room, the views and the hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, tidy and well taken care of. Right when we got there, the valet, Shay greeted us with a big smile on his face. We really appreciate his kindness and attentiveness. It made us feel so welcomed the moment we got there. All the other valets we had the pleasure of getting assistance with that weekend were just as amazing. We would like to give a special thank you to our special events consultant, Monica as well as the special events team! They have been nothing but amazing to us and were always so accommodating and communicative the whole wedding planning process, even with last minute changes. Monica was a pleasure to work with, from the moment we met up until our wedding day! Whenever we had any questions we never felt like a bother and always received a response fairly quickly.
We are also SO BEYOND GRATEFUL for our wedding concierges, Ashini and Sabrina! You both made our day so much more special. Everything went amazingly well that day and we cannot express how appreciative we are for everything that you guys did for us! Any couple that has them as wedding concierges are in good hands! 😊 My husband and I were blown away by the amount of guidance, support and direction they had for us. They are absolute angels! We would give a million stars if we could. Our bridal party also loved them and thought they were so sweet! Cibelle was also a sweetheart! She made sure everything was in order from the food being served to clean up at the end of the night. The Pearle Hotel really has such an outstanding team all throughout. They ensure you have your dream wedding just as you imagined. It was such a special day. Since everything went so smoothly, we were able to focus on creating memories of a lifetime with those closest to us. The Pearle Hotel will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you!!!! ❤️

Our perfect wedding day!
Thank you so much to Isabelle and the whole Pearle team for making our wedding day truly magical and exceeding our expectations. They helped us plan everything exactly how we wanted in only 3 months. They accommodated our request for a brunch wedding menu. The food was amazing! The chicken and beef short ribs were the favourites. Our coordinator was with me all day making sure everything ran smoothly, helped me with my bouquet and veils during photos and made sure my champagne glass was never empty. Ashley & Adrians Wedding
Where do I begin?! our wedding evening truly could not have been any more perfect then it was. I tried to remember everyone's name from our evening so we could specifically thank them. The hospitality overall from the front entrance of the hotel from the gentlemen at valet was amazing- helping our guests with newborns to helping my grandma- please send my big thank you as starting thier eveninf thag way meant the world to them , all the way to our bartenders, servers, food, Ashlin who helped Adrian and I with anything throughout the evening along with Vanessa ( i hope i got her name right) who I think was over seeing the servers. The night was PERFECT.
The food…. Speechless. Incredible and only GOOD things to say!!
We want to thank you for the bottom of our hearts for putting in your hard work to execute such an important day for us- your team at the Pearle and special events set the bar high!

Incredible
If you are looking through reviews for weddings and your future husband is whatever on this process and thinks every venue is semi similar, please show him this review, because I was that guy going into this and I will be recommending this venue to anyone I can.
I can genuinely say that from the start of this process to the end of our wedding and after, the Pearle Hotel and Spa was superb and has met or exceeded every single one of my expectations. Going into our first appointment, I had one thing I wanted in a wedding and it was to be outdoors, so I was admittedly pretty arms-crossed at the idea of a wedding at an indoor venue. That changed immediately the moment we entered. The entrance is simply stunning featuring a spiral staircase to the second level and the staff at the front desk were so welcoming. We met with our event consultant shortly after (shoutout Monica), and they comped us some food at Isabelle's (the hotel restaurant which is fantastic), and we were both sold. We locked in the next day.
I don't know who hires at the Pearle Hotel and Spa, but they deserve a raise and so do the employees themselves. Every single employee is looking to help. From our pre wedding meetings, to our menu tasting, to last weekend at our wedding, they were consistently looking to go above and beyond.
At our wedding last weekend, we had entire tables telling us that the food was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. It was incredible. I had friends messaging me this week, telling me that they were still thinking about the beef tenderloin. Ashini was our day of coordinator and any little thing my wife needed she was there for. Whether it be bobby pins, scissors to cut thread, getting her moscow mules throughout the day, holding up her dress as we were walking for photos. She did it all. Between Ashini, the bartenders, Vicki and the rest of the staff we genuinely felt like royalty.
We ended up staying in a large suite with a terrace overlooking lake ontario and we are glad we did because some of the photos we got were fantastic from the Terrace.
We also ended up staying an extra day and went to the spa and got massages and then relaxed by the pool. We definitely think another night was worth it, and I can truthfully say that last weekend was nothing short of exceptional in all facets.The Pearle Hotel & Spa's reply:
