Emilie D'Amours handled our reception at the Fairmont Banff Springs for our small wedding in May of 2017. We had eloped with immediate family to Canada from Texas site unseen. Emilie was amazing start to finish! The hotel staff and service were amazing apart from the spa however, Emilie went above and beyond to make our wedding day PERFECT! The reception was perfect, dinner and cake tasted AMAZING!! Highly recommend!

It’s expensive but worth it. The mountain view is breath taking. The food was amazing. Everything went mostly smooth. The rooms were incorrect but they fixed it for us. Although they said the outdoor terrace would be private and there was hotel guests outside taking pictures during our wedding and I wasn’t too happy about that.

A Fairytale Wedding Venue

Great food, good atmosphere and friendly staff.
Excellent venue with beautiful scenery for pictures. The food was superb and the staff friendly and attentive. They were a delight to work with and Rae-Lyn was a pleasure before during and after the wedding in answering questions and attending to our needs and wants.

My new husband and I got married at Bow Falls, a short walk from the Banff Springs Hotel, however, we spent the rest of the day and our wedding night at the Banff Springs and they helped it become one of the most wonderful days of our life!! We spent the late afternoon in The Rundle Lounge, we had dinner in the 1988 Chop Shop, then spent another couple of hours back in The Rundle Lounge before retiring to our room. I kept my wedding dress on ALL the time and we were attended to like we were their most important guests! Bearing in mind we live in the UK, I organised everything via email and again, everyone I dealt with was wonderful! They decorated our table for dinner, my wedding planner was given access to our room so that she could decorate that too, in everyway they really went above and beyond the level of service we have ever had before! Location wise, it is outstanding too and our room looked over the mountains - it really was our dream wedding, helped along by some wonderful people! We would both highly recommend The Fairmont Banff Springs for any event that you have planned!!
