Staff very attentive. Planning the wedding abroad was smooth with Billie Lutz as our contact and we were well looked after while there for the weekend. Especially as we had a large group travelling abroad for the event. The hotel
Spa was fantastic and serving staff of the restaurants very good. Restaurant food was average 7/10 but the banquet food for the wedding was excellent 9/10

Terrible do NOT recommend
Would not recommend this venue to ANYONE. We had to cancel our wedding to do covid (fiancé is from UK and can’t get back here due to covid) and they told us when we booked if we had to cancel due to covid we would have deposit returned…absolutely a bold faced lie. Never got our deposit back..the offered to move th date instead but during the time between signing the contract for the first date and the need to cancel they were terrible to get a hold of. Promised discounted rooms for guests and when they tried booking suddenly there was no discount code for them…impossible to get them on the phone and when we did were told “we’ll...

How do you explain that to guests who would like to know their costs?!! Had reservations about dealing with them once they were hard to get a hold of and even more so over the room booking issues so bu the time we realized the wedding wasn’t going to be able to go ahead as the groom was stuck in the UK we wanted our money back and didn’t want to rebook with them as there was nothing stress free about the entire process after we signed the contract

Had a terrible experience with this vendor! Booked them for my wedding 2 years in advance. COVID hit, fiancé and I lost our jobs at 1.5 years in. They weren’t responsive in the 6 months after we signed as to questions I had about the venue. Then once Covid hit we decided to take the hit on the deposit and cancel until our finances were more predictable. At first they told us we couldn’t. Then they realized we weren’t this coming August but the following (1.5 years away) August. Even thought this August is far enough away to cancel as well.
