Everything made easy

The Sheraton Coordinator was great to work with. She made sure everything was in order, and was responsive to all our questions and issues. The food was delicious, the special rate for rooms was reasonable, and the service was good. Their preferred florist is great, and their work is amazing as well.

The decor that is included in the Sheraton rate is very basic though, so outsourcing a decorator is a must.

The Sheraton Coordinator was great to work with. She made sure everything was in order, and was responsive to all our questions and issues. Not sure if this will get through or if doing everything but signing the contract counts as conducted business, but we loved the service provided so much we decided to write this review.

Although we decided upon another venue, the services provided by Cynthia was one of the best that we received. Note that we picked another venue because we needed to be near the airport. But if that wasn't a requirement, this one would've been it. Coming down to the wire, the other venue eked out only because of proximity to airport. Otherwise, Cynthia provided much better service and wedding package at a very reasonable cost.

Cynthia was very quick to reply, courteous and when we wanted something changed in the wedding package, she adjusted it no problem. Compared with some other vendors, she was a pleasure to work with and we've no doubt that if we had gone with her/this venue, her professionalism would continue.
