A Great All-In-one Venue
Our coordinator was Fangky and right from our very first inquiry email we felt very comfortable with The Sheraton as our wedding host. Their package pricing was clear and there were no hidden costs or surprise "extras" added on. Any questions we had were answered very clearly and in an extremely timely manner. The lead up to our wedding wasn't stressful because all of my questions were answered and taken care of right away.
On the day of the wedding, the room was available for setup exactly when we were promised and the Sheraton team transitioned our room from ceremony to reception for 100 people in under an hour (during our cocktail hour). The food was 10/10, our guests are still talking about how good it was and Fangky came in to check on us mutliple times to make sure everything was going as we had hoped (it was better than imagined).
All of the serving staff was so wonderful and professional, but a little extra shout out to our Bartender, Les, who made the night extra special for our 6 year old son with his virgin cocktails and a gentleman named Ivan who helped us out the evening before to make sure everything was perfect.
The entire experience was amazing and I hope to be able to use The Sheraton again for future events.

Fangky kept the day of extremely organized and recommended and asked us a lot of questions on some things we might of missed, as we planned our wedding ourselves.
They accommodated any concerns we might of had and helped work with us to find solutions to any problems. It felt like we were dealing with long time friends and didn't feel like a business transaction. Thank you for the amazing service to Ada, Fangky, Roheed (Floor Manager) and the rest of the team. The whole experience was amazing.
We would recommend anyone to have their wedding at Sheraton. It was a wonderful experience.
Intimate Wedding
Wonderful wedding venue !!!
We were very worried about COVID-19 and the ability to have any type of function. Sheraton Hotel and Ada were so accommodating and flexible! We must have emailed Ada a dozen times leading up to the wedding and each time she answered all of my questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy. She facilitated me dropping off all of my items the days before.
It was very comforting to have her greet me before the ceremony and be with us throughout the reception to ensure everything went smoothly.
I would highly recommend having your wedding or any event at Sheraton Hotel Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites. Thank you to Sheraton Hotel and Ada for making our wedding such a special and unforgettable experience!
