We recently had our wedding at the Sheraton North hotel in the Vaughan Ballroom. The small wedding package was perfect for us as we only had about 60 guests. Having the ceremony, cocktail our and reception all in one place was so convenient and the event staff were amazing! Everything ran smoothly and we had the best time! Our wedding went so well and we were so happy with the outcome. And being able to stay in the hotel made things so much easier for ourselves as well as our guests. Even coordinator Fangky was so friendly, organized and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better evening. Highly recommend this venue for a wedding! -

After a lot of painstaking searches for the perfect wedding venue that would fit our need, I came across Sheraton Parkway North summer offer called Simply Vaughan Wedding, and I have made the best decision by choosing them. The experiece was impeccable from the first email inquiry, meeting the Events Planning Manager in person, getting the wedding package contract signed, setting up the timeline of ceremony, picture taking reception, dinner and dance, food tasting, last minute diet requirements for some guests, putting up our own decorations the night before and the actual day of the wedding we're all like smooth clockwork. We have all praises and gratitude to Heidi Kecskemeti and Fangky Feng, Events Planning Managers who were so accommodating and gracious to tailor our package according to our number of guests of 25 people compared to minimum 50. With some suggestions and affordable pricing, we got lucky. They helped us all way leading to our wedding as if we have a personal wedding planner at no extra cost. We were allowed to bring our own officiant, the Pastor in our church, put up our own decorations, bring our cake and stayed from around 1 pm to 9 pm, wherein other venues could have accomodated at a high cost. The package included drinks in an open bar for the guest arrivals, fruit and alcoholic punch, hors d'ouvres after the ceremony and picture taking, some more drinks during dinner of sumptuous appetizer, entree, and desserts. We would also like to thank the wonderful dining staff namely: Cynthia, the manager, and the ever cheerful and attentive Andrew, Irene and Hana. They made us and each guest feel so special adding to the overall fun, memorable and beautiful occasion. We even had a complimentary bridal suite that evening and delicious buffet breakfast the morning after. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Sheraton Parkway North's administration and staff. We could not have chosen a better wedding venue other than yours. So, for couples contemplating on where they want to say"I do" or "I will" who has it all, look no farther. You will thank us for this excellent recommendation. -

As a wedding planner, I had the pleasure of planning/design a wedding at Sheraton Parkway Toronto North, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. Our sales/coordinator, Fangky, was an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, accommodating, and always ensuring that every detail was taken care of.
The venue itself offers amazing service, delicious food, and exceptional value for the price. The team was incredibly supportive and worked seamlessly with us to bring the couple’s vision to life. On the wedding day, everything ran smoothly, thanks to the attentive staff and well-organized operations.
For couples looking for a beautiful venue with top-tier service and great value, I highly recommend Sheraton Parkway Toronto North. I look forward to planning more weddings here in the future! -

We tied the knot at The Sheraton Parkway Toronto North on August 17th 2024 and we had such a positive experience from beginning to end that we thought we would share it!
Our coordinator was Fangky and right from our very first inquiry email we felt very comfortable with The Sheraton as our wedding host. Their package pricing was clear and there were no hidden costs or surprise "extras" added on. Any questions we had were answered very clearly and in an extremely timely manner. The lead up to our wedding wasn't stressful because all of my questions were answered and taken care of right away.
On the day of the wedding, the room was available for setup exactly when we were promised and the Sheraton team transitioned our room from ceremony to reception for 100 people in under an hour (during our cocktail hour). The food was 10/10, our guests are still talking about how good it was and Fangky came in to check on us mutliple times to make sure everything was going as we had hoped (it was better than imagined).
All of the serving staff was so wonderful and professional, but a little extra shout out to our Bartender, Les, who made the night extra special for our 6 year old son with his virgin cocktails and a gentleman named Ivan who helped us out the evening before to make sure everything was perfect.
The entire experience was amazing and I hope to be able to use The Sheraton again for future events.Sheraton Parkway Toronto North's reply:

We had the pleasure of working with both Fangky and Ada. They did an amazing job and helped keep us organized and could answered all our questions extremely quickly; sometimes even at midnight or past their working hours. During the day Fangky also stayed late to receive some of our vendors the day before when they came to set up.
Fangky kept the day of extremely organized and recommended and asked us a lot of questions on some things we might of missed, as we planned our wedding ourselves.
They accommodated any concerns we might of had and helped work with us to find solutions to any problems. It felt like we were dealing with long time friends and didn't feel like a business transaction. Thank you for the amazing service to Ada, Fangky, Roheed (Floor Manager) and the rest of the team. The whole experience was amazing.
We would recommend anyone to have their wedding at Sheraton. It was a wonderful experience. -

We enjoyed our experience of having our wedding at The Sheraton Parkway North. We had the privilege of dealing with Ada. Her interactions, professionalism, patience and attention to detail made our experience seamless. She treated us with respect and as friends not as a business transaction. She and her staff accommodated my husband's food allergy which was greatly appreciated. The staff was wonderful, food was delicious the penthouse suite was stunning and enormous. We are truly grateful. -

Wonderful wedding venue !!!
I and husband recently our wedding at Sheraton Hotel Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites (Richmond Hill) on September 18, 2021. We had the ceremony at the Solarium room and the reception at the Richmond Ball as well as we booked the room the night before the wedding and the wedding night. We toured venues in spring of 2021 and after seeing several decided on Sheraton Hotel. We first met with Ada during our initial tours. She was knowledgeable and was able to assist with any questions and details we had. She constantly kept us informed and was prompt answering emails and my many questions.
We were very worried about COVID-19 and the ability to have any type of function. Sheraton Hotel and Ada were so accommodating and flexible! We must have emailed Ada a dozen times leading up to the wedding and each time she answered all of my questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy. She facilitated me dropping off all of my items the days before.
It was very comforting to have her greet me before the ceremony and be with us throughout the reception to ensure everything went smoothly.
I would highly recommend having your wedding or any event at Sheraton Hotel Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites. Thank you to Sheraton Hotel and Ada for making our wedding such a special and unforgettable experience!
