Their facilities include a lovely reception room that is ideal for celebrating classically elegant weddings with a maximum capacity of up to 100 guests. This venue offers a wide array of setup options for your celebration, whether it’s an outdoor event, a mixed indoor and outdoor event, or a spectacular waterfront occasion. Their outdoor area can accommodate up to 100 guests for a ceremony or reception. Inside, they can accommodate up to 60 people in the Rivers End room, and 100 gueststotal utiizling our adjacent dining room.

They can supply banquet tables, ceremony chairs, white linens, napkins, gift tables, and cake tables. The majority of their rooms are unique boutique-style suites that are tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings and fine amenities. In their suites, you will find upgraded TVs with satellite TV service. They have a total of four buildings on the property consisting of the Main Building with their Dining Room and Piano Lounge on the main floor and suites on the second and third floors. They have two-story waterside lofts, a four-bedroom cottage, and two-bedroom terrace studios.

Other Facilities

In 2016, they updated their waterfront patio with new seating and have added an outdoor gas fire pit. Their restaurant has a beautiful glass wine bar. On your way up to the top of their lighthouse, you will find a renovated gift shop, as well as the cozy reading, Mirror lounge.

History

This establishment is located on a historical property that initially housed Christie's Lumber Mill in the 19th century, which created White Pine lumber coming from the forests up the river. They have two mature white pine trees on their front lawn. Such trees can grow for more than 200 years and have a base diameter of up to six feet.
