We got married at the Kimberley Alpine Resort in August 2019. Everything was absolutely fantastic. We haven’t stopped receiving comments from our guests who have said it was hands down the best wedding they had ever been too (even the veterans with 30+ under their belts). The venue, views, food, services, amenities, etc. was everything we needed for the perfect mountain wedding.
The wedding party stayed at the Polaris Lodge which was the perfect choice. The lodge had everything we needed. There is a large loft room on the 3rd floor that was ideal for the Bridal party to get ready in. Our guests stayed at the Trickle creek lodge and mountain spirit resort which was awesome and they were able to walk to and from Ceremony and reception throughout the day. We had the ceremony at the top of the hill and the reception at the Stemwinder.
Natalie, Shawna, and crew made it so easy to plan everything and were the best team on the day of the wedding. They had great communication, answered every question quickly and with a great deal of patience! Leading up to the big day Natalie helped us book golf times at local golf courses which was a huge help. On the day of they were extremely efficient and effective as they worked behind the scenes and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. The mountain top view was truly incredible and guests really enjoyed cocktail hour on the Kootenay Haus deck. The food was spectacular and honestly the best wedding food our guests had ever had. Bar service was fast, fun, and the shot-ski made it a real blast. Could not recommend this venue, this team, and everything they did for us more.Kimberley Alpine Resort's reply:

From booking the venue 2 years in advance to the day of arrival, Natalie and Shawna were absolutely amazing to deal with and made everything go so smoothly. And Shawna makes a mean margarita!! I would recommend this venue over and over again. Even our guests commented on how unique the chairlift experience was for the ceremony. -

Fantastic Venue
I got married here March 2018. The staff were incredible, food was mouth watering and the space was perfect. The sound system was great. We used the atrium for the ceremony and fit ~148 people in the space. The sound system in the ball room was great- everyone heard speeches. There was plenty of food and booze all night. Was beyond thrilled with the service. It was the perfect location and way to make a wedding in to a ski hill getaway with friends and family. -
